"This was my mother and I's first trip and first accommodation, and we were very satisfied with this place! The room condition was good, and the black man at the front desk was kind and introduced us to the tourist attractions in Nice. Although it is a bit far from the station, you can easily get to the hotel by tram, and it is 10 minutes away from the flix bus stop, so it is not bad to access regardless of the transportation. I have many good memories of Nice, and this hotel is one of them. If I visit Nice again next time, I want to go to this hotel again!

"The pictures are not the true representation of the hotel rooms when. We arrived the hotels rooms were very small.
The walls are aren’t think people from next door can hear us easily.
Construction is going on just out the hotel that’s outside the hotel power I understand but not ideal when you are being weaken in the morning.
You can literally hear the water being flushed going down the pipes from the walls. It made sense why it was cheap. Nevertheless the wifi was good. Hotel was clean. The employees were very helpful and welcoming. But I would not recommend this hotel to for another stay. But it’s not the worst I’ve encountered either.
In conclusion I was somewhat satisfied it done its job in general it would get 3.9/5

"Hotel was very clean and the service was great! There were some things that weren't working here and there but the overall experience was satisfactory so this was okay. Room was very quiet too, which is always a plus when coming back to the hotel after a long day."

SSurajnThe location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations.
The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean.
The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies.
I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults.
There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes.
Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

Although the check-in time was more than an hour late, I got a drink voucher.
Also, I lost a mobile phone in the hotel, and they found it in time and sent it back to China for me. The service was good.

GGuest UserThis is my favorite and most satisfying hotel during my trip to Europe. It is very close to the beach. Although you cannot see the sea from the balcony, there are many shops near the hotel, so you don't have to worry about food. There is a large supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping. The hotel also provides water, so the safety factor is still very high. The breakfast is an ordinary dry breakfast, but it is the same everywhere in Europe. The front desk staff are all very nice and you can communicate in simple English. The room has everything you need, the area is large enough, the decoration is new, and it is well maintained.

However, at night and early in the morning, there are few people and few street lights, so it feels a little scary.
I didn't feel scared, but I think women should be careful after dark.

GGuest UserA small, pleasant hotel a few meters from the sea promenade. There are restaurants in the vicinity and 2 supermarkets opposite the hotel. Distance from the railway station 15 minutes on foot, from the tram from the airport 8 minutes on foot.
The hotel rooms are smaller, which is standard in France. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful, on the last day we got breakfast at 6:00 a.m., despite the fact that it was officially only from 7:30 a.m. The hotel provides luggage storage for early arrival or late departure. We got a free upgrade to a superior room facing the courtyard. The room is new, clean, comfortable. The bathroom is also small but clean and well equipped. Cleaning and towel change was done every day and the cleaning was detailed. The breakfast was excellent (yogurts, cereals, ham, cheese, sausages, scrambled eggs, croissants, cakes, fruit, fruit puree, jams,...), the weak link was the coffee. The drip coffee in a thermos was weak, the coffee from the machine (cappuccino, latte, cocoa) was made of powder. At the bar, they have an espresso machine, with such a small number of guests, the bartender would surely manage to make everyone a normal high-quality espresso, and the guests would appreciate it.

GGuest UserThe service attitude was very good. I arrived at the hotel very late. They opened the door for me and checked me in in a timely manner. The room was very quiet, but I didn't find a hair dryer. However, everything else was very good. There was free water in the refrigerator and a small balcony.
