"Although the hotel isn't in the bustling city center, it's just a ten-minute walk to Avenida da Liberdade. Past the avenue is the shopping district. If you don't feel like walking, taxis are incredibly cheap in Lisbon, so we took them everywhere. The hotel upgraded our room, and we could see the nightly light show from there. The service was also great."

"We stayed here for 3 nights for vacation, below are our experience and reviews. Cons: 1. Complimentary Water (only 2 during entire stay): • Complimentary water is only provided on the first day, but this was not communicated at check-in. • The vending machine water is overpriced (4.5x supermarket price). • Clear instructions at check-in would allow guests to plan ahead and buy water elsewhere. 2. Reception Service: • No guidance on how to call the front desk from the room,resulted in us going down to reception for assistance. • Unprofessional receptionist behavior: • A receptionist prioritized personal conversations with other guests over assisting me, even after noticing I needed help. • My query took less than a minute but was delayed unnecessarily, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. 3. Housekeeping Issue: • Despite placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, housekeeping knocked repeatedly and did not respond when asked who was there. • The door lacked a peephole, which raised safety concerns as we couldn’t verify who was outside. 4. Taxi Drop-off: • The hotel’s entrance is on a ramp near a traffic light, making it difficult for taxi to stop directly in front of the door. • Guests with heavy luggage may find it inconvenient as taxis often park farther away. Some Pros: • Excellent location near a park with a charming Christmas market. • Safe area with plenty of nearby restaurants and supermarkets, making it very convenient. • Decent-sized rooms with ample space and a large desk for working. • Good breakfast options."

"Conveniently located very close to the metro station. A taxi ride to the airport costs only 6 euros, and the old town is easily accessible via the metro. Both the room and bathroom are very spacious. The breakfast spread is excellent and varied daily, offering different options. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It's a much better option than staying in the old town, where hauling luggage up and down narrow, cobbled streets can be exhausting. Furthermore, the old town's narrow roads often lead to traffic congestion, especially when traveling to and from the airport."

"This hotel is extremely convenient and close to two metro stations. It is important for travelers that are looking to travel with public transportation. Also it is close to shopping streets, restaurants and a super market. It feels safe to stay here too."

"This place is really good for the price! The room was large and clean, communication was very clear with the front desk staff, they were friendly and attentive, helped me solve a problem I had. Minor downsides are that there's no elevator and you have to carry your stuff up, and there's no one at the front desk late at night and most areas are closed during that time. If you need anything at that time, you have to call them."

"You need the email for the access code for front door and then check your self in pay the room tax and note the pin for the room that is allocated the room size is ok however the signs of mold on the curtains and wall are evident there is no sound prooofing and the apartment obviously had a sewage problem as the smell tend to enter the bathroom and apartment living area so a stronger air fresher is needed or fix the issue"

"Small but beautiful hotel, strategic location along Avenida Liberdade. Warm and reserved check in staff, but excellent attention from restaurant staff! Delicious breakfast. Room was small but clean and well-equipped. Though the shower area tends to flood and spill out onto the floor if you take a long shower, even with the glass door shut. Does get quite wet and slippery. But we weren't too bothered by it. Great choice for Lisbon, would recommend."

"Hotel needs abit of TLC think they were having work done when we stayed but that said we were only there 2 days and it suited are requirement clean room we got 2 single beds but we pushed them together they were comfy and good shower their was plenty choice for breakfast so you will start your day off right And the staff were very friendly 👍👍 So if your just looking for a base to explore Lisbon this hotel may suit most travellers"
