Mercure Hotels in Istanbul

Very good hotel, right next to the exhibition, very convenient. The surrounding restaurants are very convenient. Clean and sanitary, a very recommended hotel, I will stay there next time.

The room is small, the breakfast is average, the air conditioner is not cold, the waiter is very nice

Very old building.. tight rooms.. I think all accor may have to change this building for 4 star. Location about 13km to fatih and taksim.. But place is ok alot of shops nearby and resturants and cafes . No security guard Only reception. Breakfast almost the same every day Staff very helpful..thank you..

This room is relatively small, but its biggest advantage is that it is close to the company. It is very convenient to walk to the company in just over 100 meters! There are not many places to eat around this place.

The management is very caring & kind, the location is ideal however the room service is a problem, the quality of the food is not up to scratch, very expensive & when you get your order there is no quality to the food, i ordered macaroni & cheese, i got pasta with not much cheese like just boiled tasteless pasta, room service staff delivering the food also have a bad attitude. It can be an ideal hotel if the room service can improve its service.

We loved the amenities of the hotel. They took carefully our request. I'd like to point out two things; we asked for 2 pax breakfast package for early check-out. Although they promised to do it so, the night shift didn't even have any idea regarding the breakfast package. The hotel's entrance is located on the right side of the Pullman and due to there is no sign for the entrance, it is a little difficult to find it.
