"I was in Guangzhou for a business trip, and a friend highly recommended the Hotel Indigo Taikoo Hui. After just one stay, I'm completely won over! The location is truly unbeatable. Taikoo Hui is right downstairs, and Grandview Mall and Parc Central are within walking distance, making it convenient for both business and shopping. Even though it's in a core commercial district, the hotel itself is incredibly quiet, truly an oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle. The room design really appealed to me. The simple German style, combined with warm wood tones, felt clean, crisp, and inviting. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and they even offered a pillow menu, which was a godsend for someone like me who has trouble sleeping in new beds. I especially want to commend the soundproofing of the windows; even with the busy street below, the room was perfectly silent. Add to that the blackout curtains, and I slept soundly until I woke up naturally. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower had great water pressure and consistent temperature, perfect for washing away a day's fatigue. The most thoughtful touch was the complimentary first round of the mini-bar, so I didn't have to go downstairs for drinks in the middle of the night. While the breakfast selection wasn't overly extravagant, every dish was exquisite. The eggs Benedict were cooked to perfection, and the freshly squeezed juices were replenished frequently. Overall, this Hotel Indigo perfectly balances 'just right luxury'—no unnecessary extravagance, but all the essential comforts are there. Whether it's for a business trip or a romantic weekend getaway, this place delivers a sense of happiness and incredible value. It's definitely on my list of go-to hotels in Guangzhou!"

"The airport shuttle service was very convenient. It's a shared bus for several hotels, running every half an hour. You just need to inform the front desk when you check in. We had to leave at around 5 AM, and it was no problem at all; the hotel even offered a wake-up call to the room. The hygiene, facilities, and service were all good. The only minor drawback was that the projector in the room displayed yellowish colors and the picture quality wasn't great. There are also food delivery options available nearby, and a small lawn where you can relax."

"Service was good. I accidentally booked a smoking room and I asked them to give me a non-smoking room at the lobby, they accepted it. And they didn't charge me extra. Also, it is easy to find, go to the location ( marked building ) and take a lift to the 4th floor, the lobby is there. The place is a bit old, but it was clean. That location and that price, I think it is good enough."

We arrived almost around midnight and the next day my husband had a birthday, Ms. Tang Chengmin was amazingly nice, upgraded our room and helped me order decorations, food and drinks to make a surprise for my husband. "Pros: They called me in advance to ask about my room preferences and then upgraded my room type, which was a great experience. The room was spacious and very clean, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the bed was really comfortable. Plus, the soundproofing was excellent. Cons: There was a delay in communication from the front desk staff, and the service wasn't very enthusiastic. There's clearly a lack of training regarding late check-out requests. I've stayed at all the 4-5 star hotels near Baiyun Airport, and currently, this hotel ranks first in my mind for its room facilities and comfort."

"I brought my parents and family to Guangzhou for the Chinese New Year, and we stayed here for a total of 10 days! You can imagine how satisfied we were. The room rate during the New Year period was also excellent value for money, not as outrageous as other places, but within a reasonable range! The location is great; it takes about 10 minutes by taxi to get to any part of the city. There's a subway entrance just 100 meters across from the hotel, which is very convenient (though taxis are more convenient than the subway in Guangzhou; we always took taxis as the subway would take twice as long). I particularly want to give a special shout-out to the entire hotel staff for their high level of service awareness. Whatever requests we made, they always said, 'Yes! We can do that!' They never refused anything, which I absolutely loved! From Funny, the parking attendant on the first floor, who was enthusiastic, proactive, and kind; to every staff member at the 3A front desk; and up to the housekeeping staff who cleaned our rooms—everyone had a strong service意识 and was very nice! The hygiene was clean and within normal standards. During our stay, we had to switch rooms for a few days and needed to swap the pillows from our original room, which they also accommodated! To maintain such a high standard of service during the Chinese New Year, when the hotel was fully booked, is truly commendable! The only feedback I have is: there was a leak in the shower room; every time we finished showering, the floor and towels would get wet. This could be improved! The shower products could also be upgraded, even though I always bring my own. Other than that, I think everything else was excellent. At this price point, it's truly top-tier! I wish them prosperous business and continued success! Next time I come to Guangzhou, this will definitely be my first choice, because I've developed an attachment to this place! Haha (I forgot to take photos of the room, the first picture is the living room of a suite. If the off-peak season price isn't too high, I recommend getting a suite~)"

"This hotel was incredibly comfortable! The location was pretty easy to find, and getting around was super convenient since it's really close to the subway station. The front desk lady was so gentle and kind, and check-in was really quick. She even thoughtfully reminded us of important things and gave us a check-in guide. The room was spotless, and the bed was super soft – I slept straight through till morning. The bathroom also had no weird smells, and there was plenty of hot water. The overall environment was quiet and peaceful. It's definitely great value for money, and I'd choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area! The front desk and service were both excellent, I'll be back!"

"The hotel is surrounded by a very local neighborhood with many residential areas. However, it's conveniently located close to the subway. This hotel is probably the best in this area; I checked other nearby hotels before booking, and most were priced around 200-300. If you prioritize brand recognition, I'd recommend choosing this Hampton by Hilton here, as at least the brand offers reliability. There are plenty of malls and supermarkets, everything you need is available, no complaints there – it's very convenient. It wasn't as noisy as I expected, though there's definitely some traffic, which is typical for a city center. The front desk staff was very polite and even upgraded my room, which was a pleasant surprise. The cookies at the bar tasted good. Overall, the room was satisfactory, nothing too exciting. I was particularly pleased with the toiletries – a big brand with a nice scent. The drip coffee at the bar was quite good too. The view was expansive, and the windows were large. Hygiene was not an issue. The hallway was quiet, but I felt the cleaning staff's voices were a bit loud. There was a good variety for breakfast; I highly recommend the Cantonese dim sum, which tasted great. The meat and vegetable dishes in the silver chafing dishes seemed plentiful, but perhaps because people had already taken some, they could use a little more decoration to make them more appealing. We drove an electric car, and the hotel parking lot has charging stations. Remember to park at the North gate; the staff told us that's the only place with charging stations, which was convenient for recharging. Checkout was quick, and we could store our luggage for free. Overall, I'd give it 5 stars."

"I previously stayed at a hotel within this resort with my child, and this time my child was so excited to see a hotel with a slide! I decisively chose it and wasn't disappointed. The transportation is convenient, the environment is clean, and the service is great! The facilities are complete, and all the hotel amenities are disposable, clean, and hygienic! The biggest surprise was the stunning lake view from the balcony; the panoramic vista of the clear lake was breathtaking. During the day, it was lush and green, and in the evening, the light was soft and gentle – it instantly put me at ease. * **Service Details:** The service was warm and attentive. Check-in was efficient and thoughtful, and from the front desk to room service, the staff were all enthusiastic, attentive, and responded promptly. Overall, whether for business or leisure, this hotel offers a truly comfortable experience. The location is convenient, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle.
