"This is a little hidden gem in the heart of Rome! The entrance into the hotel is beautiful and the rooms inside are just as nice. We arrived very early and received a warm welcome. They not only let us check in early but also upgraded us for no extra charge. Be sure to bring enough cash to pay for the tax - 7.50 euro per person per day It’s walking distance to all the great spots! Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"I booked this hotel for vacation so I could be a quick walk to the Opera House. The front desk staff taught me how to use the metro to get around Rome efficiently and inexpensively and provided a map. They are friendly and helpful. Full breakfast was generous: eggs, yogurt, cold cuts, cheese, breads, juices, cereal. Rooms are small in Italy and that was fine with me, as I spent much of the days exploring and nights at the Opera House. Great location near 2 metro stops: Termini and Republica."

"Firstly, the experience was amazing. Before I even arrived at the hotel, they asked me on what time I will be arriving. Secondly, the room was spacious for 1/2 person with a lot of amenities (shower cap, still and sparkling water, soap and shampoo). Thirdly, I demanded a lot of things from the reception and they did a great job in fulfilling all my wishes (e.g., luggage storage, postponed city-tax payment, room extension). So overall experience were great. However, there were 2 things that should be noted: (1) the hotel lobby and the lift were really small and (2) the lobby bathroom was really small too. Therefore, that was the only downside for me."

"We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location."

"Bunk beds weren’t the best to sleep on. Had no face to face interaction with anyone. Otherwise was close to the train station and room was clean."

"Good all round hotel, breakfast was good too with a range of foods - just enough for non-meat eaters too.  First night room was extremely hot, no air conditioning allowed on . We were advised this was due to climate change related rules for the winter months. They turned our room heating off and provided a fan so the temperature was just about  manageable. Tea/coffee  provisions  in the room which was handy for a late night cuppa .  No complimentary water on arrival, common theme in Italy. Overall  would recommend as this was a handy location to a number of tourist attractions. Fresh, clean and upto date rooms. Customer service fine. Downside -see mid pic. This is a wall fridge - enough space for  a few water bottles side by side not anything else - Hotels water x4 plus I alcohol drink at cost .No room for anything else - Not ideal for summer stay. We had sweets/chocolate that were melting in November and only managed to squeeze a few in the fridge by taking out the hotel bottles."

"Close to the Vatican Museum, the hotel needs to go to the 4th floor to check in, the front desk has a 24-hour vending machine, but you can go to the nearby supermarket to buy items before 11 pm"

"入住驚喜，酒店幫忙升級成套房，帶一個頂層小院子，還有按摩浴缸，小朋友喜歡得不得了，實在是太棒了。而且服務超級棒，無論是前台、早餐廳、roof bar的服務員還是酒店的服務員，都超級熱心，主動幫我解決問題。 酒店地段很好，離哪裡都很近。不過需要特別提醒，訂酒店接機千萬不要選攜程的包車——酒店在ZTL（Zona a Traffico Limitato，交通限制區），非出租車或所在區域的居民是無法駕駛進入的，很多時候需要走路十分鐘進入。但出租車或uber就沒有任何問題，可以開到酒店門口。 （想想司機幫我拖着四個箱子走10分鐘就有點瘋掉——幸好司機人好。但這不怪酒店，他們在官網上是有説明的，也有對應的建議。我認為主要是攜程負責歐洲單團定製的不專業造成的，她們負責按照一大一小4個行李來安排包車、行程，並將具體的酒店訊息反饋給她們，卻不提醒我如果酒店在ZTL區域會有怎樣的影響！）"

"The room was very nice and clean, but it was self-service check-in. I searched for a long time at the door but couldn't find the front desk. I found a sign at the door and called the landlord to get the password to check in. It is recommended to contact the landlord before going."
