"The hotel is extremely clean compared to other 5 star hotels in Turkey. The staff at reception. Together with Staff in the restaurant , concierge and the bell boy were all extremely helpful and polite. Always ready to help. The restaurant dinner and breakfast was absolutely fantastic 👌. The hotel is very well located. It is a 15 minutes walk to Hagia Sofia, Bascillica Cistern, Blue Mosque. 7 mins walk to Grand Bazaar . The interior of the hotel looks magnificent with the old style charm but all newly renovated. I would highly recommended this hotel to stay in Istanbul. 😀😃😄"

"I really liked the hotel. It's conveniently located near Istiklal Street, yet on a quiet street, which is a nice bonus. The room itself was clean and bright. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast, which they deliver to your room, was delicious. Overall, for the price, it's absolutely fantastic value."

"I stumbled upon this hotel in what they call their 'Asian district,' and for the same quality, hotels across the river would cost a lot more. The public transport options around here are excellent — light rail, buses, ferries, and the subway are all very convenient. It's a great choice, especially since we booked a sea-view room. The ocean view is absolutely stunning; you just want to take pictures every time you look up. It would be perfect if the hotel windows were a bit cleaner, but otherwise, it's wonderful, and there are plenty of dining options nearby too."

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a two-minute walk to Taksim Square, where you'll find all the transportation options: bus, metro, and funicular. There are plenty of cafes nearby, and Istiklal Street is also close, offering a shopping mall and numerous shops. There's even a canteen where you can enjoy a full meal. The rooms are a bit small but come with a kettle. They provide daily complimentary water, tea bags, coffee, and milk. For a three-star hotel, it's fantastic. However, there's one big drawback: noise and music all night long. The air conditioning is weak; if it works, it blows directly on you. Even with the windows closed, it's still noisy! The music and shouts from the street only subside around 6 AM, when the cleaning staff starts working with their sweeping machines. If it weren't for the noise, this hotel would be excellent!"

"This is our second stay; the hotel is brand new, clean, and comfortable. It's located on a shady street, but 50 meters and you're on Broadway. And most importantly, the attitude toward guests hasn't changed in a year and a half. We arrived by taxi, and before we could even get out, a man in a suit was already running and taking our suitcases. As soon as we walked in, another man in a suit handed us bottles of water and asked us to sit down on a chair while they checked us in at reception. And then there were Eastern sweets and green apples. Naturally, the same men in suits walked us to our room and brought our luggage. Only last time, there was a piece of cake in the room, and a boy brought a large bowl of ice and canned drinks. Nice. We didn't take breakfast this time; it was early to leave for the airport, so the guys at reception asked us to bring coffee for the road. But something happened to the coffee machine, so they poured black coffee from the filter. Great job, very nice! It's clean and modern. But the standard room is a bit small; they only laid out my suitcase by the front door, even though the room is supposedly 20 square meters."

"This is a superb hotel. We were given a room on the 18th floor with a wonderful view, partially overlooking the Bosphorus. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed: bathrobes, an ironing board and iron, a capsule coffee machine, and convenient refillable dispensers for shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and lotion. Housekeeping cleaned every day, but at random times. We received one liter of water per person, and more was available at breakfast. Water was also provided in the sauna, or you could simply ask for it. The breakfasts were excellent. They offered red fish, blue cheese, a variety of freshly squeezed juices, fruits, and poached eggs. For the first time in Turkey, I found delicious cold cuts and a system for ordering omelets without waiting in line – a waiter would bring it to you, along with drinks. There were also yogurts, muesli, and pastries. The hotel has an excellent pool with comfortable sun loungers featuring thick mattresses and pillows. Staff would lay out towels and bring umbrellas. Nearby, there was a sauna and a hammam. There's a bar, but the prices are quite steep. The location is also excellent. There are plenty of places to eat around, a metro station, and bus stops. The Havaist airport shuttle stops across the street, and Taksim Square is nearby. I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. If I'm ever in Istanbul again, I will definitely return."

"I chose this hotel for its excellent location, being close to Taksim Square and just off Istiklal Avenue. The room was much cleaner than I expected, and it was great that there was still plenty of space even after opening two suitcases. The shower pressure and temperature were perfect, allowing me to warm up and sleep soundly even during a very cold, rainy winter in Istanbul. The complimentary coffee and chai available in the ground floor cafe were also a huge plus. I'm 99.9% satisfied! My only minor complaint is that the elevator doesn't stop exactly on the floor, so you have to use the stairs for a short bit. However, this wasn't a significant issue."

"Stayed in normal room and suite room. Normal room was very tight whereas suite was understandably bigger. Clean and comfortable pillows and mattress. Shower facilities were good, pressure and drainage was good. Bath tub was not maintained/cleaned properly. When I turned on the jacuzzi it spewed out black moss and that was definitely not good. Sauna, steam room and pool are in good condition and free for hotel guests but Hammam you need to pay and that is understandable. Breakfast is just passable with a normal spread throughout the few days. Hospitality wise you don't get the warm smiles, greetings, acknowledgements, eye contact as you would from say south east asian properties but that is due to cultural differences and I am fine as it did not diminish my experience in this property which was overall very good. Literally 2 mins walk from the Havabus terminal which goes/arrives direct to both Sabiha and Istanbul international airport. Lots of mini marts and restaurants (expensive) within the vacinity. 5 mins walk to the Metro and Istiklal Street hence location wise is perfect for families and those who don't like to walk too much as the area is flat unlike other areas in Istanbul. I appreciate the front office extending my stay for an aadditional 2 hours due to my flights delay. Again overall good location, clean, well kept facility and a good base for you to explore Istanbul."
