Checking in and out was easy and staff was friendly. Room is large, bed is comfy and bathroom is fully equipped with hot water. Breakfast was below par and I wasn't expecting such poor choice of food for a Novotel hotel. Proximate to Glodok, Jakarta's Chinatown, which is around 10 minutes walk. Travel to other parts of Jakarta is easy but be prepared for the traffic jams.

I stayed here for one night. The staffs were friendly however the room is not comfort enough since it’s quite old and we can hear noise outside of our room. They provided breakfast with many options.

I stayed at Hotel Luminor Kota for a week and did not want to leave!!!! I have many dietary restrictions and Fatah went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of at every meal. Not only was the service exceptional but the food was out of this world!! Kezia and Anto were also so sweet and made me feel at home. This hotel has everything you could ever want from incredible food, daily housekeeping, hot and cold drinkable water, comfy bed, and the most amazing staff. I cannot remember the last time I received customer service like this. I am already counting down the days until I can come back! Thank you to the incredibly hard working staff at Luminor Hotel Kota!

2 times at here, and there is always great, the hotel was really good. the hotel clean, fast check in and the room was comfortable, and breakfast have many variety in wetern, indonesian and chinese (the dimsum is very delicious) friendly and honest staff, central located, minor things are the bulding is old. Anyway its nice experience in the hotel, good job Mercure Kota !

I’m from Srilanka.. Can recommend for those who looking for a budget hotel in Jarkata..! Nice place I visited this place two times 2015 alone and 2016 with my brother I stayed here for are 4 to 5 days.. The best thing is all the hot spots were near... Strategic location near Indomaret and lots of food. Good service. Parking is good. There are windows that can be opened so air and sunlight can come in. The AC is not cold enough. The bathroom is clean but the shower is not installed. The bed linen smells good but there are dirty spots. Next to the hotel there is an empty building
