The hotel location, facilities, and outdoor landscaping are fantastic. The breakfast buffet was high quality (with a high price to match); The rooms are comfortable though nothing to rave about.
Two areas for improvement: 1. The hotel service is not catered towards foreigners; The front desk and kids island staff, as well as information pamphlet are limited mainly to Korea. The check in counter knew I had two young children with me, but did not mention that we had to pre-book / reserve activities with the kids island. By the time I found out, everything was full and my children could not participate in anything.
2. The hotel pool has a safety policy where children under 1.3M need an adult to accompany them, and if under 1.2M need to wear a life vest. This doesn't make sense for parents (to accompany them) or children who can already swim.

아기들이랑 방문하기 좋다는 말에 이번 제주여행에서 숙박을 했습니다 진짜 애기랑 오기 딱 좋네요 프로그램도 다양하고 산책길도 좋고 3층은 방앞에 모든 유모차가 다 주차되어 있을정도로 아기들이 많이 온다는걸 증명하더라구요 ㅎㅎ 다음에 또 올게요!

5성호텔중 가장 유명한 호텔에 걸맞는 신라호텔!
시설은 오래되었으나 서비스로 메꿔집니다.
숨비정원은 산책하기 좋으며 수영장은 어린이와 어른 따로 되어 있어 좋습니다. 자쿠지 및 핀란드식 사우나가 있어 체온보존 하기는 좋지만 자쿠지 온도가 42~43도 여서 뜨겁습니다. 자쿠지가 뜨거우신분은 야외수영장 입구 자쿠지를 추천 드립니다. 그곳은 덜 뜨겁습니다. 그리고 풀사이드바에서는 짬뽕을 무조건 드시길 추천드립니다. 인생짬뽕!

일단 산책로가 너무 좋아요.풀이 보이는 뷰라서 아침이나 밤에 부를 보면 필리핀에 온것같은 생각이들더라구요.물론 가격은 좀 나가지만 ㅎㅎ이국적이기도 하고 한국적이기도해서 좋았어요.그리고 어른풀에서 보이는 뷰는 정말..미쳤습니다

疫情前的那次入住給我們全家留下了非常好的印象，這次媳婦特意囑咐我在行程裏務必要添加的一個酒店就是新羅酒店，結果果然沒有讓我們失望。一切彷彿都沒有變，還是5年前那個優秀的新羅酒店。
從門口下車開始我就全程沒碰過行李，酒店會在辦理入住後直接安排送入房間。我們這次入住的是露台園景大床房，有點類似於日式風格的榻榻米房間，房間空調地暖一應俱全，在我們這次入住的陰雨天，暖意十足，第一晚熱得開窗睡了半宿。説是園景，其實可以看見海你説這是什麼操作🤔。酒店無需轉換插頭，220v電源房間內有2、3處，足夠一家人使用。
酒店有夜床服務，而且一般一來就是倆，服務很周到，還很貼心的送了小朋友小禮物。
酒店有室內外兩個恆温泳池，兩個泳池相通，可以自由自在的玩耍。泳池有獨立的更衣室，浴袍拖鞋按大人小孩分類擺放好，自由拿取，非常方便。泳池邊躺椅上的浴霸yyds，躺在躺椅上看孩子真的巴適。泳池吧的餐食足夠不想出去吃飯就想賴在泳池的朋友用了，你衹需按下躺椅邊的service按鍵，長腿歐巴就會出現在你的面前，完成點餐的一系列操作。原地用完餐，他們還會果斷收走，味道嘛，我覺得比我在濟州島吃得很多東西都美味，也可能是泡了整整一下午的原因吧。
吃了泳池，酒店健身房、小童樂園、遊戲室、大堂吧都是很好消遣的場所，從酒店花園也可以通過棧道下到中文海水浴場，可惜我們這次剛爬完漢拿山，就沒有下去。我覺得在新羅入住的時間過得非常快，也是下次濟州之行的又一次念想吧。
補充一點，新羅酒店的chanel應該是濟州島唯一了吧，我記得好像樂天、新羅兩個免税店都沒有chanel的，店面不小，小哥哥小姐姐很漂亮很熱情，當季新款都有的，結束

실내 수영장이 6시 30분부터 운영해서 새벽에 이용하기좋았습니다. 실외수영장에서 야간에 진행하는 공연도 괜찮았구요. 조식에 아이스크림도 있고 샐러드 종류가 많아서 만족 스러웠네요. 산책로도 훌륭하게 구성되어 있고 투숙객을 위한 다양한 체험프로그램도 이루어지고 있어서 추천합니다
