非常好，到烏鎮中轉比較方便，前台服務好，希爾頓大品牌，非常滿意整體感覺不錯，希望再接再厲，剛開業，環境也比較好

這間酒店的本質就是，它的英文名是garden inn ,它就是一個inn
硬件和服務是按照inn 的標準來看，就理解了
首先前台辦理入住，無故在攜程的預訂價格396上加了一個零頭0.44,刷卡的時候説刷了我396，第二天看賬單才發現是刷了396.44，這是為什麼？噁心誰呢？
第二，小冰箱裏沒有任何飲料，立了一個牌子寫可以在前台買到更優惠價格的飲料，在前台買了一瓶普通汽水，沒有明碼標價，要價10元，不能走房帳。酒店也沒有餐，外賣點了不能送上來，下去拿一會兒在外面桌子找到一會在前台找到。
房間裏沒有浴袍，垃圾桶衹有一個，設施簡陋，好像是舊房改造成的房間，拉開窗簾發現窗户衹有一點點，其他是牆壁！對面的景觀是很破的樓而且樓距很近根本不能拉開窗簾
前台服務莫名其妙，態度生硬且不解決問題，請問我的電子發票在哪？

停車方便，酒店位置也還好找，住了一晚，睡得還行，沒太注意酒店其他設施，不發表評論。環境尚可，房間很新，沒有異味。配了水和水果。有需要還會選擇希爾頓花園

酒店很新，房間很大，符合出行過夜的一切要求，遠超出預期，性價比極高。雖然沒什麼味道，酒店還是很貼心的拿來了空氣凈化器，非常滿意。

一直住全季和亞朵，看到新開了個希爾頓花園價格適中就來住一下。酒店裝修挺不錯，房間也挺大，晚上也挺安靜，但床墊和枕頭的使用感真不如亞朵，進來的保安大哥挺熱情。但前台服務質量一般，可以説是0服務，甚至連全季都遠遠不如，一句問好似乎都沒有，給了證件後就不再説話，過了一兩分鐘就説要收我800按金，我問她這麼多嗎？説退房後會退回去。我又問頭一次見收這麼多按金的酒店，前台也不再説話了。房費338元，收了800按金，應該退回462但卻退了461.86，是你們產生的手續還要客户承擔嗎？客房裡的用品真的挺劣質：冰露礦泉水、刷頭巨大的阿妹牙刷牙膏，洗髮水沐浴露明顯也是很廉價的產品。退了房按金一直不退，我就聯繫了攜程客服，然後才收到了退的按金，你們也學學攜程客服的服務態度吧！
