My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this hotel! Zhangqiu is a quiet and less crowded part of Jinan. Our room had an amazing view of Mingshui ancient town, which was very crowded due to the 'Golden Week' vacation, but we still found parts of it that weren't full of people. The main entrance to Mingshui is about a 15-minute walk from this hotel, but you can see Vienna Hotel when you're within Mingshui due to its height. One of the exit-only areas is only 2 minutes from the hotel. We loved everything about the room: the decor, the bed, the shower, the orange-tinted wood furniture. Breakfast was great; however, it would have been nice to have tea or coffee there instead of having to go back to our room to make tea. We hope to stay here again one day!

用攜程訂酒店很多年，第一次想給差評。
環服務態度很一般，多要兩瓶礦泉水，保潔阿姨不給，讓我自己打前台電話要。
一樓前台的女經理，態度很差，問了她幾個問題，滿臉的不耐煩，感覺我無緣無故被懟了一頓。
第二次問她問題，她又以批評的語氣回覆我，讓我心情瞬間不好了，出來住酒店，無緣無故被前台工作人員怒懟幾次。
早上還遇到鬧事的住客跟工作人員掰扯要動手。
給差評不是目的，目的是希望酒店能夠改進，不要給其他旅客類似的體驗。

在古城旁邊，玩兒的挺好的，酒店也不錯，服務挺好的，很人性化，必須誇一誇，我們早到了一小時，因為有空房前台就幫我們辦理了入住。給我們省了很多麻煩。

酒店很好找，前台服務員態度好，酒店環境也還可以就是設施有些老舊了。在酒店可以看明水古城的夜景這個很好，店內還有推薦周邊美食和景區政略這個很用心點贊！

酒店每間房子都有遊玩攻略，詳見第一張圖片。離古城很近，但是最近那個門不開，需要走到西門才能進。酒店對面的飯店（城南往事），比較有名，排隊需要30分鐘，6：30到排隊30分鐘。還有單子上的羊東家，我也吃過了。
