酒店位置極佳，離趵突泉大明湖很近，而且對面就是寬厚裏。周邊吃喝玩樂極其方便！酒店服務人員態度很好，服務細緻周到，大堂經理給孩子準備了很多小驚喜還送了果籃，反饋的問題保潔廈大姐也能及時處理。房間隔音還好，住在北側十分安靜。五分好評主要給在服務和位置👍🏻👍🏻

説實話，如果不是任福彬管家的補救，這次本不是很順心的體驗！給分全是管家的補救…… 前台需要做業務培訓，面對多人等待，當前顧客無效率拖延，還在那裡“有條不紊”的樣子就是讓排隊顧客火上澆油！沒有應激反應……兩個前台，辦理一個入住竟然還要那麼長時間鬱郁磨磨……既然有排隊的，當前的女顧客那麼遊移不定就不能分一個去另一個窗口麼？ 到站就電話通溝通準備房間，告知房間出來了會催打掃……堵車一個半小時……到了前台告知沒房間……問前一個電話中所謂的出來了的都開始打掃的房間在哪？被告知電話中沒登記，反而感覺中大有埋冤顧客的意思……行，都是我們的錯，提前到店，我們就應該兩點後到店就對了！ 濟南是真堵車！堵的上火！沒法共情。 這個酒店位置還是不錯。
