The view inside the store is also good. 3. The service must be praised even more. The room booked on Ctrip does not include breakfast. Breakfast is included directly when you enter the store. There is fitness equipment and a pool table in the activity room downstairs. My flight time to leave Jinan is relatively late. Check-out was extended beyond 2 o'clock, and you could continue to rest in the restaurant after check-out. The beautiful lady also made a pot of tea.

I checked in quite late in the evening, and have been upgraded to the Presidential Suites for one night stay! I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel room but I had to catch an early flight in the morning. The room is of course spacious (＞2000 sq ft) with a kitchen, living room with a dining table, office area and a bedroom. Busy breakfast service in the morning as there’s conference at the hotel. Buffet style breakfast - a wide variety of food including local food. It could be better if there’s more option for vegetables. The staff helped to call a taxi heading to airport. Overall it’s a comfortably short stay.

The location of the hotel is great. We went in April during Covid-19 restrictions, so the hotel was nearly empty maybe because of that the room was very cheap. The room was clean and the service staff was good can’t say the same about the front desk. Overall it was a comfortable 2 days stay.

Very helpful & kind hotel staff. Despite a lack of English they always did their best to assist me getting taxis, etc. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Fresh fruit delivered to the room every afternoon free of extra charges. Good location for the main attractions, a range of restaurants, & neighbourhood/community shops & services. I enjoyed my time there. The sole drawback is only two guest lifts, so, at certain times of the day, it takes a little while to summon the lift & it becomes crowded.

I am very satisfied with this hotel. The hardware is comparable to five-stars and the service attitude is excellent. There is a tea making area in the lobby, which provides free use of ancient costumes to take photos in the hotel. You can make tea and chat in the yard. Unfortunately, the weather is a bit cold and it is difficult to sit. The location is very good, right next to Furong Street. It's a quick walk to Qushuiting Street. There are also entertainment venues in the park. It's quiet in the bustle. There is Plaza 66 nearby, which is very convenient. The buses outside are also very convenient. We traveled during off-peak hours and it was very cost-effective. If you have the chance to come to Jinan, you will stay here again.

The room smelt pretty bad… a smell rising up from the drain in the bathroom made the whole experience quite uncomfortable. Also, the breakfast was not great. The theming was quite funny, though. Felt like a tacky ping-pong themed KTV in a third-tier city. So that’s a thing. My wife hated the fact that the elevator was playing Fur Elise on a loop. The service staff tried to be very attentive, but in the process kept bothering us at weird times to offer yoghurt and water. So… fine. Should be cheaper.
