The hotel is very nice looking and very clean. The front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. The check-in process went quickly and smoothly. Breakfast had a good variety and was good. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was superb. I would definitely stay there again, and do not hesitate to recommend to others.

Lovely hotel situated near to shopping mall. Staff were wonderful, so polite and helpful. Room was very clean and very well equipped. Beds nice and comfy and lots of extras included: water in fridge, tea, coffee, toothbrushes, comb, hairdryer, shampoo etc. Breakfast had lots of choice and again staff were lovely. Would definitely stop here again when visiting jinzhou. Highly recommend 👌

服務很差從入住接待就體驗感很不好語氣生硬，珍珠項鍊洗澡取下放洗手枱上退房給前台打電話説給找一直不回電話還得給酒店又打電話説退房沒有在次入住，收拾房間阿姨沒看見，是我自己不小心犯的錯大意丟失，我認了，但店方處理方式態度很不滿意。

整體感覺其實是可以的，對於五一漲價行為，我是接受的，因為經常旅行，過節漲價也是酒店經營者的一種盈利方式，哪裡不漲價，就衹着過年過節掙點錢也是可以理解的。
但是我在酒店留了意見卡，不知道酒店有沒有收到，5月1號晚上，11點15左右有人敲我們房門，按門鈴按了4下，很吵，一開始我老公沒醒我就沒搭理，後來我老公被吵醒了，我就起身問哪位，也沒人迴應，我老公透過貓眼沒有看到人。我當時留的卡片想讓酒店查清楚，給我一個交代，但是過去這麼多天我至今沒有得到回覆，這個事情比較失望。
隔音確實不好，隔壁房間有個男的大晚上11點半在那玩小度，本來有按門鈴的，就把我弄醒了，再加上這個人一直玩小度，我更難入睡了。

首先房間乾淨整潔，床特別舒服，會有機器人送快遞，很方便。酒店整體裝修很新。
停車方便，地面和地下都有位置。
每個服務人員都很和藹，前台服務親切，尤其是一位不知道姓名的帥哥，因為開了一宿車，特意幫忙安排提前入住，特別暖心。
早餐很豐富，特別喜歡牛肉麪和餛飩。
去吃燒烤和逛夜市都很近，步行不到300米。
酒店整體服務很好，暑假再來，為錦州旅行增彩。

酒店地處中央大街，緊鄰夜市。酒店乾淨衞生整潔，設施先進，服務熱情。早餐品類豐富。美中不足是房間隔音效果不好，尤其是床頭與旁邊房間電視的隔牆不隔音，電視聲音和旁邊房間説話聲音聽的一清二楚，建議進行改造。

空氣質量不好，床單地毯臟，一進屋鼻炎犯了而且很嚴重，屋裡空調老是自動停止，導致屋裡温度一直上不來，。
