"這是我第一次這麼主動想寫評價。本來對酒泉不抱任何希望，酒店是2016年的老酒店也是沒抱任何希望的，到酒店前台經理特別熱情，提醒我們出門一定要塗防曬。我説想吃糊鍋，前台主動説酒店早餐就有，是當地特色一定要嚐嚐（我因為兩天都早起晚歸遺憾沒有吃到，但是也要特別説明所有人的態度都非常友善）。我們定的雙床，帶着小朋友睡不開，問酒店能不能加床（我定房的時候沒有家庭房了已經）。客房部立刻來人幫我們把床並上了，並拿來一床被和枕頭。響應速度比很多新酒店都快，服務態度也無敵好。重點來嘍⏰小朋友在外面玩一天襪子又臟又臭，我就讓他扔到地上的角落，本打算轉天走的時候找個袋子裝起來，沒想到當天晚上回到酒店發現客房打掃的一位姓張的工作人員把襪子洗了，並且留下了温馨的紙條和三張自助早餐券（我們轉天要趕飛機來不及吃早餐，所以沒有拿早餐券。但是留言條我帶走了）住過這麼多酒店，第一次真的感受到家的温暖。非常感謝🙏小小的舉動温暖了我，讓我覺得酒泉這個城市都好温暖。今天早上接到酒店電話，我的眼鏡落在酒店了，新買的眼鏡，所以完全沒印象。如果沒有打電話提醒估計我得好久以後才會想起來吧。酒店主動説幫我郵寄回來。説昨天打了一天電話一直關機，所以今天又打聯繫上的。（因為昨天返程坐了一天飛機）真的又温暖到我了。推薦大家都去酒泉，好吃，有底藴的城市🌆有温暖的城市，充滿人情味的城市🏙️"
