Not bad for a stay. Aircon was not working but the staff was attentive to fix it fast for me Swimming pool and gym is very nice !! Will book for next stay !

Hotel staff were friendly and managed to check in early. Room is very clean and condition is good. Good location as the mall is just directly below. Will go back again.

It is my second time staying with Hyatt Place at Paradigm Mall. I would say that the overall experience was still really good! But i would say my first time here is a much better experience as this time round i feel that the housekeeping was a little lacking as i felt like the sheets on my bed was not changed and only the blankets were tucked back in. I was also not given a new bottle of water. But i guess i was expecting a little more from the housekeeping. But overall i still love how spacious the rooms are and the fact that there’s mirroring for youtube and Netflix to the TV is a plus for me. Ultimately, it was still a very good stay and will still come back here to stay when i’m in JB.

Good place for staycation. Hotel was newly open not long ago and everything look well maintained. Definitely will visit again.

The room is very spacious even though there's a couch in the room. Directly connected to Paradigm Mall so don't need to worry about weather. Room cleanliness is ok as well. Staff are friendly too. There's isn't much view from my room, and all the pillows has a smell too. Overall I still like this hotel better than Midvalley Southkey.

excellent and responsive service from the front desk and at breakfast. however, the amenities are lacking, such as uneven shower floor and clogged drainage, resulting in water pooling on the floor. asked for help and they sent people to fix the drainage but to no avail. didn’t bother requesting for a change of room since we were settled in and only stay for another night. upon check out, i feedback that the problem persisted. front desk staff only apologized and did not do/say anything else, which me believe that the facility problem will just go unresolved for a long time, as with all nice facilities in malaysia. really hope hyatt place remains a comfortable and clean hotel with exemplary service for many years to come.
