酒店設施很新，房間夠大，床品很舒服，位於市區邊緣，很安靜。衹是酒店一字排開三個獨棟，沒有顯著的A棟B棟標識，三個獨棟各有一個名字，入住時就搞錯了，前台接待重點強調了發票要在網上開。最吐槽的就是早餐，簡直就是廟裡的伙食，全部素菜，鹹菜比炒菜還多，除了雞蛋一絲肉都沒有。也就那碗麪算是不錯，不是所有客人都吃素減肥，就衝著這個早餐，下次也不會入住了

設施：設施全面完善，停車也方便。自助早餐花樣多，品種全，很豐盛。特別喜歡情侶房，有浴缸🛁，泡澡很舒服。很萊斯。
衞生：乾淨整潔

房間桌椅老舊，客服態度差，傢俱存在安全隱患，因房間椅子安全問題導致手嚴重受傷，酒店方卻敷衍處理不願理賠，且態度惡劣

B座設施老舊，窗簾布都是壞的，桌子上面磨損的比較嚴重，床頭和浴室窗户也是隨處可見掛鈎，體驗很差；這個價格在外面就可以住到體驗很高的房間，以後再也不來了，再便宜都不來，進去到入住都感覺噁心，床單也有污漬，被套很多褶印子，非常破舊；不具備條件就不要對外開放，要麼價格標低一些，都講清楚，402房間就是坑

衹要來句容出差首選皇冠，地理位置很好，離出差的地方也不遠。曹經理熱情周到並介紹了當地的風土人情，給人如沐春風的感覺。這家是綜合體酒店每天門庭若市，很熱鬧。有生日宴婚宴旅遊團，停車場很大還免費停車，有充電樁。早餐沒有預製菜，麪條餛飩都是手工現包現煮
