Mainly catered for locals but with Chinese speaking staff. Hotel is off site so need a car to travel. Bit old but outdoor onsen is extremely rewarding with river flow. Room is spacious and packed with dhc amenities. Breakfast is simple tho and near to airport Good! Reasonable price! Pity shops all closed.

Although it was a short notice reservation, they were happy to accommodate. The room was spacious and comfortable. The Japanese-style room was relaxing. The bath was also clean and relaxing. The open-air bath along the mountain stream requires you to descend quite a few steps along the slope, then climb back up after bathing, making it a good workout. It's a great place to go and have something to talk about.

The hotel is not flexible with pick-up and drop-off. I had written on Trip.com in advance that I wanted to be picked up and dropped off at the station early to participate in the Sakura Marathon, but they ignored me and didn't arrange for a taxi or anything. It might be fine if you're visiting by rental car, but I wonder why it's so expensive without dinner. I was expecting breakfast to be a buffet, but it was a set meal. The staff were laughing and talking while eating, which didn't feel very good. The open-air bath in the room was nice, but the bath area only had three bathtubs and a sauna that weren't that big. The Sakura Marathon runners don't seem to be considerate, and it's far away, so if you don't have a rental car, you should definitely not stay here. I don't want to stay here again, so I would like a refund.

Booked this for friends, they all said it was very good, unique and I like it. I will try it again if I have the chance. Travel attractions are very important, and the hotel you stay in is also very important. A good hotel will make you happy after a tiring day.

The hotel is relatively remote and is more suitable for self-driving travelers. This time my friend and I did not travel by car. We took a bus from Kaga Onsen Station for about half an hour. It was relatively easy to find. The hotel also had a special car to take us from the hotel to Kaga the next morning. Services at He Hot Spring Station. The hotel is very large, and the rooms are also very large, Japanese style, a very good experience. There are open-air and indoor hot springs. The open-air hot springs are great. You can completely bathe in the mountains and forests. It is a great experience!

The outdoor mixed soup is either hot or cold. The temperature of the hot spring water is not well controlled. We stayed in the hotel for two days and could not enjoy the outdoor mixed soup.

There was a lot of hair from the previous night in the room, the toilet in the public bath was dirty, the alcohol vending machine was broken, and the water in the humidifier was not refilled! The response from the front desk was disappointing.
