"We were able to make sachets, and since it was New Year's, we were also able to write votive plaques!! We were even given celebratory sake! The trout left over from the drinking made a great souvenir! The coffee and koji drinks after the bath were even free. It was the first time I'd ever experienced such service at a hotel, and the time I spent at the hotel was an incredibly memorable one. Thank you very much."

"The hotel is located at the east exit of Kanazawa JR Station, with extremely convenient transportation. It is very convenient to go to Kenrokuen Garden, Higashi Chaya Street and other attractions. The Omicho Seafood Market is within walking distance. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Kanazawa in the future."

"After doing a bit of research for this part of my family's trip to Japan over Christmas, Kanazawa was high on our list (now Top 25 places to go this year according to National Geographic!). So glad we stayed there. Look no further than a walk outside of Kanazawa Station (buses and trains easily accessible) and go to Hyatt Centric. Amazing location in terms of accessibility (the city itself is quite walkable or you can do the loop buses from there). The amenities and room were top notch. Staff were amazing everywhere, their take on breakfast was also done well with a mix of local Kanazawan cuisine, Japanese dishes, and Western dishes. Rooftop Bar was also nice. Rooms were also very affordable compared to other cities in Japan for what some might consider a higher quality. Already planning our next family trip and plan to go here again."

"Conveniently located across Kanazawa station, the hotel is easily accessible. Glad to see the mountain view from my hotel room. The breakfast spread is fantastic! As my stay was during the colder month of December, consistent hot water at the turn of the tap without any wait is really good! My only complain is that the central aircon system is not pushing out enough air, even at highest speed, making the night feel stuffy."

"It's a little far from the station, but the amenities include DHC cleansing oil and lotion, which was really helpful! The hot water boiler was a little old and hard to use, but other than that it was comfortable for women. The pajamas were also nice!"

"This price is cheap in Kanazawa, but because it is a homestay, it is late in the day, there is no one at the front desk, and the emergency number left at the beginning cannot be reached. It took 40 minutes to get through."

"The hotel is right on Higashi Chaya Street, and you can walk downstairs to Higashi Chaya Street. It is very convenient to rent kimonos for taking pictures. When you are tired of walking and taking pictures, you can go back to the hotel to rest for a while. The room is very clean and tidy, the bathroom is big and beautiful, and the bathtub is very big. I can stretch my legs and lie in the bathtub even though I am 170cm tall. Breakfast is delivered to the room. Although it is a bento lunch box, it is rich and beautiful, and the dishes are different every day."
