Gorgeous beach in palms, clean white sand, clean water and a long beach side! One of the best beach and the best View from balcony (Ocean front room). A great thanks to Trisha, Front manager who was very professional and supportive and helped me to solve a room problem at the beginning. Definitely will comeback to this hotel! Great beach and facilities to spend a good time. Very friendly staff every where: cleaning, restaurants, bars ets. And a good massage in a SPA Renova provided! Thanks to Aziza for a good aromatherapy massage !

Riu Jambo was a very good holiday experience. Clean rooms, best facilities, plenty and variety of food, numerous recreational activities and everything was good. I would go back there any other time.

We enjoyed our stay at Rui Jambo it is a 4 star hotel and lives up to it. There’s lots of activities and the food is very good with lots of options. The reservations were fully booked for the other restaurants which was annoying but the staff did call us when a reservation was cancelled so we got to have dinner on the water.

It was a wonderful experience. Every employee is so kind and we are lucky to meet the restaurant manager 'Randy'. He's really professional and provided excellent service. We are thank you so much to him and really hope to visit there again.

This hotel was a very enjoyable stay! I first must mention the food! Almost all of the food I had was incredible, very good food , and the selection was very impressive. Secondly, the beach is amazing, when the water is clear it is truly a marvel. The hotel is quite large and busy if you enjoy a more secluded stay this is not the place for you , that being said I still found my time here incredibly enjoyable. All staff were kind and talkative, the resort as a whole was very clean, and there is a grocery style super market with a good selection for extra drinks and snacks a five minute walk from the hotel entrance.

The hotel was in a good location, 10mins from sea turtles! The staff were lovely and very polite. The room for the most part was cleaned, however they did forget to clean the room and after a reminder on the Riu APP they came and cleaned it whilst we were at dinner. There is food in abundance .at the designated restaurant in the resort. However, when we arrived (around 10pm) from the airport we had no food options on arrival as the hotel does not offer room service and we had to wait until morning for a proper meal. The Spa was amazing! The beach was great. The entertainment was really good too

Hello, Very good service, the staff are well-trained in tourism, helpful, and smiling. The rooms are very clean, and the all-inclusive package is good, but they should diversify the meals and offer a wider selection of fish, as they don't have a specific type. Overall, though, I'm very happy with the service and the professionalism of the staff.

The room is not big. It is next to the building under construction, which should be the second phase of the hotel. It is noisy during the day, but this is an objective factor and there is no way to stop the construction. The hotel is large, beautiful and safe, with sufficient service staff. The buffet on the last day was the best. There was nothing to eat for Asians on the first two days.
