Awesome best hotel room I have ever seen

The room is cleaned every day and it's very clean. It's very convenient to stay and walk a few steps to the airport. It's quiet at night. The traffic is heavy. The room is full of guests every day. The service attitude is very good. The room has mineral water but no kettle. You can order hot water.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The food was good, but very slow service. The room was reasonably clean, though sheets and pillowcases did not seem fresh. My room window was opposite a high next door balcony full of loud men all looking in when I opened the curtains. The bathroom had a window looking into it from another room!! I had to cover this over. There was a hole in the wall beside the toilet that people had been stuffing used toilet paper into!! This had been left like that for some time. Bathroom old and nothing like the pics, but ahd warm water. No availability for trekkers / tourists to store luggage safely like is available in a lot of KTM hotels. Food/dining was clean and good food. Could be lovely if more attention to hygiene in rooms. Due to the hygiene issue and inconvenience of luggage storage I had to move to another hotel after 1 night.

It was my worse experience ever because of poor cleaning. Due to dust, I felt suffocated and got allergies. This hotel is not safety for staying and bad service and not cleaning properly dirty wall washroom full wc stain washbasin stain main door also not good condition and not safety for us when we sleepy to much noise coming outside your staff is running from staircase and fully noise and heavy curtain not closed properly fully stain and dusty .your team need to check properly when room are releasing maintenance should be check double like be every week inspection for the room and reception 🛎️ I mention pictures

The hotel is clean and nice to stay for anyone who wants. The service is quick and easy. The people at the hotel are so friendly and helpful. The best part is it’s near the international airport. It was very easy to make the payments. All over it was wonderful staying there. Thankyou so much for all the support and service. Shaheen

One of the Best hotel definitely recommend to everyone! the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to help you with all your needs. The food is very tasty and very hygienic. This hotel is 5 mins away from the airport. Rooms have great wifi and hot water!! Definitely coming back when we come back to Nepal!!!!

Loved the people very kind. Great for tourists. Good mix of food and amenities that westerners are used to.

We stay three days there, during our stay they didn't clean the room and never change the bed cover. We asked staff to clean but they didn't listen. I don't recommend this hotel.
