"Beautiful and clean hotel. Love the amenities, they even provide face mask. There are convenience stores nearby, so we had had food despite arriving almost midnight. Hotel provides shuttle to the nearest train station. Great location for those arriving late/departing early to/from haneda airport. Hotel is now lmown are Warehouse Hotel. Although room is quite small, but love the separate shower room."
"The receptionist's sister was very friendly. Kind to children. Breakfast was also delicious. There was certainly a parking lot, but it is difficult to say that two cars are ”yes” for that number of rooms. It was good to have a contract parking lot."

"The transportation is very convenient. It is a few hundred meters away from Kawasaki JR Station and Keikyu Kawasaki Station. It is close to the commercial district in the south, so it is also convenient for shopping and eating. The price is a little expensive, but it is in Tokyo after all. The service of Toyoko is still very good, and it is also very convenient to store luggage"
"I used it the night before using Haneda Airport, and on a rainy day I walked to Keikyu a little with an umbrella. It was clean and there was enough breakfast snacks. Speaking of greed, I wanted amenities to rub my body and a smoking place."
"Value for money as this hotel is nearby subway, lots of eateries around. Room is spacious , serves simple breakfast and staffs are friendly and helpful. We keep our bag there as we were travelling to other place. Staff was efficient, when we checked in , our hag was already in the room. Will definitely come back to Hotel Kawasaki River."
"The check-in procedure went smoothly. Although it is not a new hotel, it is fully equipped and clean. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Although there are only Western and Japanese food options, the portions are large and very delicious."

Great
AAndrew Peter OsborneFirstly, we had an issue at check in and Trip.Com were hopeless dealing with it. The girl online just didn't want to listen to our plight. I didn't know that Trip is China based.
With respect to the hotel it's the best one we stayed in on this visit. The property appears very new. The amenities are terrific. The hot spa is a great relief after walking around nearby attractions and shopping. We will certainly stay again 5🌟
AAnonymous UserIm really happy with my stay at Richmond hotel! Although I only stayed one night, my stay is exceptionally comfortable. Help yourself to the amenities at the hotel lobby and the bed is very comfortable. The room size is just right for 1 person.
The location of the hotel is near the train station, extremely convenient ! There’s also grocery shop and 7 eleven right across the street. I also like to mentioned the hotels staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Check in is swift and the staff are able to speak Chinese and English language. I didn’t get the staff name as I was in a rush but I really appreciate them making my stay so comfortable :)
MMilesAway@tripWe booked single rooms for all. The front office staff are all very friendly and helpful! They would go out of their way to help out in whatever we needed.
Breakfast was great! It was at the Denny’s restaurant on the 2nd floor of the building. We got several sets to choose from: you could mix and match either a continental or Japanese set completed by a beverage (hot and cold) bar.
All in all, it was a great experience! I would definitely stay here again!
GGuest UserA bit disappointed as I have higher expectations for a 4-star international hotel. Booked a non-smoking room but smelled cigerettes from time to time when the air-con was on. Average sound-proof wall as I could hear girls next doors chatting & laughing.
To conclude , not a confortable stay for the price I paid.
KK#lillyConvenient to go to and from the Haneda airport.easy to catch the train to downtown tokyo. Kawasaki itself has a lot to explore as well. The breakfast from the coffee shop nearby was a litrle bit confusing since we were given 2 coupon each for 1 night stay so we were confused that we can use both coupons, but it end up that we were allow to use only 1, somof our friend was asked to pay extra charged due to this misunderstood. The amenities was less than other hotel from this brand.
Aazreenwe booked this hotel for transit before our flight to Malaysia . the staff was so nice , welcoming and helpful. she allowed for early check in and also luggage storage .the hotel location was near to haneda airport. 10 mins by taxi . and near to train station to strolling around the area . hotel was spacious . recommended!
GGuest UserEven during the holidays, hotel prices in Tokyo are too shocking
Booked this hotel by accident
The business of the hotel restaurant is very good. There are group reservations for both dinner and lunch during the stay. It is quite lively to see so many guests in the lobby when checking in☺️The service has the atmosphere of an old-school hotel (especially the ones with stamps in the room) Collect point cards, old-school but cute)
The room we stayed in belonged to the renovated floor, and the room decoration was very orthodox and clean.
I didn't pay special attention when sleeping, but the bed was really comfortable and it was very easy to fall asleep.
What is surprising is that there is a JBL Bluetooth alarm clock speaker in the room (even high-priced hotels may not provide it these days)
The nearest station to the hotel is just a few stops away on the same line to the new town ”Futakotamagawa” station. I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.
NNirosh GayanEverything is quite easy as expected with guidelines. It's near to the kawasaki station. Service staff is really good. Everything is provided even the sauna and hot spring bath is really good. large Luggage locker is provided. If you have a huge luggage there is a separate coin locker inside. A Restaurant and a leasure area is available with books and mangas I think. English speaking guidance is available.
Pretty much Affordable compared to other capsule rooms. 4.8/5
GGuest UserThe Japanese room is very mini, but the things are very complete. The bathroom has a bathtub. It is very comfortable to prepare a disposable bathtub bag in advance.
LLvtushiyirenThe hotel room is clean and tidy, very suitable for traveling alone. There are convenience stores and restaurants around. It is relatively close to Kawasaki Subway Station and Haneda Airport. Both English and Japanese can be communicated at the front desk. Can also help book a taxi to the airport.
