"Quite newly furnished and Kawasaki itself it large enough to enjoy without going to the busy Shinjuku or Shibuya. About an hour to Fujiko museum and Sanrio Puroland."
"The receptionist's sister was very friendly. Kind to children. Breakfast was also delicious. There was certainly a parking lot, but it is difficult to say that two cars are ”yes” for that number of rooms. It was good to have a contract parking lot."

"The transportation is very convenient. It is a few hundred meters away from Kawasaki JR Station and Keikyu Kawasaki Station. It is close to the commercial district in the south, so it is also convenient for shopping and eating. The price is a little expensive, but it is in Tokyo after all. The service of Toyoko is still very good, and it is also very convenient to store luggage"
"I used it the night before using Haneda Airport, and on a rainy day I walked to Keikyu a little with an umbrella. It was clean and there was enough breakfast snacks. Speaking of greed, I wanted amenities to rub my body and a smoking place."
"Value for money as this hotel is nearby subway, lots of eateries around. Room is spacious , serves simple breakfast and staffs are friendly and helpful. We keep our bag there as we were travelling to other place. Staff was efficient, when we checked in , our hag was already in the room. Will definitely come back to Hotel Kawasaki River."
"The check-in procedure went smoothly. Although it is not a new hotel, it is fully equipped and clean. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Although there are only Western and Japanese food options, the portions are large and very delicious."
"Near to subway Station, there's a mini market nearby. Lots of restaurants around the hotel, also a big shopping mall just 5 minutes walk from hotel. Room bit too small but overall value for money. From kawasaki station walk to exit 23 , hotel just right the corner."

Very Good
AAndrew Peter OsborneFirstly, we had an issue at check in and Trip.Com were hopeless dealing with it. The girl online just didn't want to listen to our plight. I didn't know that Trip is China based.
With respect to the hotel it's the best one we stayed in on this visit. The property appears very new. The amenities are terrific. The hot spa is a great relief after walking around nearby attractions and shopping. We will certainly stay again 5🌟
DDongfangyaoyangJust above the railway line, a typical business hotel, the rooms are relatively large in Japan. The breakfast is OK, after all, it is a one-night stopover hotel.
AAqua2000The room is very new, with two elevators. It is not far from Kawasaki Station and is conveniently located on the main roads. There are many shops and shopping streets along the way. It is very good for the last day of the trip. You can also go shopping in the shopping streets. It is a pity that only one room card is given and the room is too small to open two suitcases at the same time. However, the design of raising the space under the bed so that a suitcase can be placed horizontally is very good. It is also very convenient for GBC pilgrimage.
VVxxlttxIt was one my of my favourite stay in japan after many trips. I’m sure everyone who comes to japan expect a lot . I’m sorry i’m one of them. I love japan and love kawasaki. Thank you for overall nice stay. I live in Europe i will recommended this hotel to anyone.
GGuest UserA bit disappointed as I have higher expectations for a 4-star international hotel. Booked a non-smoking room but smelled cigerettes from time to time when the air-con was on. Average sound-proof wall as I could hear girls next doors chatting & laughing.
To conclude , not a confortable stay for the price I paid.
TTeacherbizWe booked this on a whim. They have basic amenities and easy check in and out processes. It is so close to the station and there are many coffee shops and restaurants around. The front desk clerks are all friendly. We forgot my medicine kit and they kept it and we were able to get it back the next day.
MMilesAway@tripWe booked single rooms for all. The front office staff are all very friendly and helpful! They would go out of their way to help out in whatever we needed.
Breakfast was great! It was at the Denny’s restaurant on the 2nd floor of the building. We got several sets to choose from: you could mix and match either a continental or Japanese set completed by a beverage (hot and cold) bar.
All in all, it was a great experience! I would definitely stay here again!
GGuest UserEven during the holidays, hotel prices in Tokyo are too shocking
Booked this hotel by accident
The business of the hotel restaurant is very good. There are group reservations for both dinner and lunch during the stay. It is quite lively to see so many guests in the lobby when checking in☺️The service has the atmosphere of an old-school hotel (especially the ones with stamps in the room) Collect point cards, old-school but cute)
The room we stayed in belonged to the renovated floor, and the room decoration was very orthodox and clean.
I didn't pay special attention when sleeping, but the bed was really comfortable and it was very easy to fall asleep.
What is surprising is that there is a JBL Bluetooth alarm clock speaker in the room (even high-priced hotels may not provide it these days)
The nearest station to the hotel is just a few stops away on the same line to the new town ”Futakotamagawa” station. I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.
AAyra Sufiyavery clean hotel. my sister and i stayed in the 2 bedroom room while my cousin stayed in the dormitory. the bedroom was clean and it was cleaned daily so we were happy to come back to a clean room after a long day of sightseeing. my cousin mentioned that his dormitory was also comfortable and the shared toilet was very clean. the staff were all so friendly and nice. we enjoyed our stay.
HHera SzBrilliant capsule hotel, super clean and very pleasant to stay for one night. From Haneda airport it is only 30 minutes to reach by public transportation and very easy to find the hotel just by keep walking straight on the left side of the Grand Exit and passing the Citadel area.
Onsen is a 5 star standard with sauna, hot, cold and outdoor bath. The testing area is extremely comfortable . Price of this capsule hotel is unbeatable .
