Kazan Hotels with Wi-Fi

I have been appreciated to representative suite room number 526 . The room consists of a living room combined with a bathroom and a bedroom combined with a kitchen . There is a doorway without a door . The kitchen on the wall is absolutely empty , there is no even glass , although there is not a big mini bar . Coffee cups do not enter the capsule coffee machine and they need to be held inclined to pour coffee . After my recipe on these inconveniences , my request to bring the glass and water to the room was simply ignored and when we returned to the hotel in the evening , I had to ask again . The pillows on the bed 3 , but flat and tough , seem to be of a poron wrapped in a wool . The dressing room suit was one for two . The washing facilities in the toilet were not cut and ended in the evening . At Millie's restaurant , they brought warm beer and said the beer temperature could not be changed . The dinner took 2 hours as the mant cooked 1.5 hours and had been cooking for a long time at all .

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the center of Kazan to the pedestrian street. A very old city. The hotel environment service is very good. Unfortunately, I did not book a room with a balcony.

Very successfully located in the center of the city, 5 minutes walk from Bauman Street, 15 minutes from the railway station. The rooms are small, common for Ibis, clean. Cleaning is good. On the floor there is a cool and hot water cooler. Very welcoming staff, special thanks and our gratitude to Roman (I hope the name was correctly remembered, his change was 3-4 August) on the resepshen, the settlement passed quickly and much earlier than the scheduled time. Breakfast is very diverse, for any taste and preference, delicious. The sugars with dishes were filled in time, everything was enough. Good kitchen in the restaurant, delicious lunch. The hotel has an opportunity to order a tour of Kazan and not only (prices as in other tours), the bus is right to the hotel. In short, we liked it, thank you.

This is the case when business managers/owners invest, develop and do a lot for the attractiveness of the hotel, and there are performers in places that, with their folly and rudeness, overlapping the work of many people. Of the pluses: Our experience in the hotel was perfect. Settled early, the room is clean, large, comfortable beds, friendly girls on the resepshne. On request very quickly and the glasses and plates will bring. Breakfast excellent. Of the downsides: One of the rooms to our arrival on the second day didn't have time to clean, but we came closer to 4:00... Not very well went water in the shower. To buy a little better shampoo or separate air conditioner, the water is apparently tough and very dry. The downsides are minimal, for me no lubrication of general impressions. From the tresh: On the day of departure was my birthday. For breakfast everyone on request pours hot. Breakfast in the Swedish table format (not a restaurant or a la card). Asked by the husband, can we give the glasses empty (without their sparkling), and we will drink ours to congratulate my family for breakfast to put a 300 bill as a traffic charge. In the dining room-Swedish table (not a restaurant). On a free breakfast. Where they pour free sparkling. From us demanded a tight fee for their sparkling to congratulate me on the family... 300 is certainly not a topic for discussion. But to manage such a small thing and so thoughtlessly to spoil the impression on the last day it is necessary to try. and all the staff/administrators of this dining room are as unfriendly as possible, even at the entrance meet with such persons that it is embarrassing to enter...

We were a family in the hotel from 23 to 26 February 2023. The hotel is not new but very comfortable. The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant and somewhere a little fairy tale. The staff are very polite and social. I would like to mark the cleaning of the rooms - the quality is above any praise! Delicious breakfasts with a glass of champagne make the mood of the day. Restaurant with a fireplace, very comfortable to spend not only breakfast but also dinner. I recommend to try local lasagna and ravioli as well as local cheeses. The location of the hotel is very convenient - in step-by-step access to the Kazan Kremlin and Bauman pedestrian street. In general, I recommend both single travelers and family couples with children.

The hotel looks just great inside, it has a feasible modern style with art objects, all inside is well thought over. I liked even the normal room - that I got instead of my paid and ordered lux room. As for the the room service - I can hardly remember a better prepared dishes, just wonderful! And all that should of course require 5* mark, but… It always the fist thing in all business - to get the right people Now, when you arrive after a long long trip, and you room is “not available” even that you show the confirmation from the hotel, and the manager does absolutely nothing, When in a 5* hotel you do not feel safe, because nobody is taking care about the sanitary measures against COVID and lots of people are willing inside without the masks… and the managers and the security does absolutely nothing to change that.. it’s no wonder they get 3* rating. And sorry to say, I do not recommend that hotel because it is badly managed

Totally loved my stay there. All the staff where so friendly and welcoming. My hardest part in Russia was that I don't speak Russian and most of Russian people don't speak English. Yet that wasn't a problem in the Hotel. The Wonderful reception staff were there always to help. And they were really a good guide to where should I go or what to visit to get to know more of the city and the culture. The food choices in the restaurant were good. Can't talk about the Bar as I don't really drink. The hotel is in 10-15 min drive from any nice place in the city. As well as talking around the hotel and finding nice restaurants and shops is possible as well. It was a wonderful joinable safe and secure experience that I had there. Wait for me .... I am coming to visit again. :)

I want to express my great gratitude to the administrator for the Respecific Aidyn. Professional, responsive, welcoming and very positive! More of these guys on Respecific. Unfortunately, not all were as friendly as Aidyn, th. he was very different from the rest of his customer orientation. Rooms in general are good, clean! Sunuzles are also in good condition. Very disappointed the restaurant, unpleasant, girls unfriendly. For vegetarians there is nothing but macaron. Excellent location of the hotel!

We moved to this hotel after a horrible experience we had with Luciano Spa hotel (read that review to avoid it). Shalyapin hotel, named after the famous Russian opera singer is located right on the pedestrian Bauman St, next door to the beautiful Epiphany Cathedral. We had the luck being allocated the room with Cathedral view. Hotel is nothing to write home about, yet decent with fair sized rooms and average breakfast. Unfortunately, at time of our stay the pool didn't work. I find it a good and economic hotel for any tourist stay in great location, more than double cheaper than Luciano.

Hotel Kaganat is located in the central part of the city in the heart of the historical and business center of Kazan and about 500 meters away from the Kazan Kremlin on the main walking street Bauman st famous for its restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs, museums, shopping centers.
