"The location is perfect with trams to the city which is not far away and trams to other shopping places and eateries, Kew has a supermarket 5mins walk away"
"The quilt covers, pillowcases, and bath towels in the room are all disposable, which is a bit unaccustomed. At that time, the house in front was being renovated and there was no view. The best thing is that the location is convenient, with the bus station and tram station next to it, and two major supermarkets and pharmacies opposite."
"Booked this hotel online for the first time and it feels very good. The hotel is very cost-effective and the facilities are good. We are a family of three and the children experience is quite good."
"The hotel is great, very close to Swinburne University of Technology, 5 minutes walk. The favorite is the fully equipped kitchen in the room, especially suitable for Chinese people who don't like western food very much. You can buy your own ingredients to cook. The lady at the front desk is very beautiful, and the attitude is very enthusiastic. Yes, she will settle in when she has the chance."
"Easy to travel, there is a tram at the door, 5 kilometers from the city, there is a supermarket nearby, there is a small restaurant at the door. The hotel can cook for itself. You can invite friends to the room to make dumplings and beer."
"Great place to stay my only negative comment would be that the outdoor areas could be cleaner as in the balconies also a few things were not working such the phone and some of the power sockets. Other than that great stay!"
"The morning food items could be improved and the food turns cold fast, not many variety. When we checked in, we saw a fork and spoon outside our door and it was still there till the last day we checked out. Directions to hotel is not very clear. based on google map, easy to travel by tram from melbourne central.. However the toilet has filtered water for drinking and spacious enough for hot shower which is good. Basic toilet amenities could be topped up and room service could be made better. Bedroom is big enough for a good sleep and has good charging points. However, the coffee cup can be washed well. Overall, will be suitable for unpicky travellers."
