The location is convenient, a Woolworths is nearby the hotel. The staff at the check-in counter is nice Even if you hang on the tag ”Please Clean up” outside your home , no one would come to clean the room We went to reception to get Toilet amenities everyday, it has an adequate amount of amenities which is good."

"The morning food items could be improved and the food turns cold fast, not many variety. When we checked in, we saw a fork and spoon outside our door and it was still there till the last day we checked out. Directions to hotel is not very clear. based on google map, easy to travel by tram from melbourne central.. However the toilet has filtered water for drinking and spacious enough for hot shower which is good. Basic toilet amenities could be topped up and room service could be made better. Bedroom is big enough for a good sleep and has good charging points. However, the coffee cup can be washed well. Overall, will be suitable for unpicky travellers."
