They are bed bugs in the room also many nose the room smell like humety

Horrible, roach infested. Rooms don't look like they were cleaned and there was a dirty diaper under the sink. Mold on carpet and walls. I was creeped out but couldn't get my money back but would never stay there again. There were dead roaches on the carpet microwave and fridge. The fridge still had items from the last guest. I moved rooms 4 times untill I found one I felt a little ok with. It was only for a few days so I toughed it out but Lord knows, NEVER again..

The place is nasty dirty, the staff is rude, and seeing that this motel is the ONLY motel in the World that thinks you should sleep under a blanket with no sheet? Need I say more?

Staff very friendly. Housekeepers hard working and very accommodating. Hotel needs some upgrading but overall my stay has been pleasant.

We had to get our room switched because the first room had stains on the sheets, stuff smeared on the wall, a bad odor in the room and the toilet seat was broken. The new room didn’t have an odor but there were stains on the sheets, the shower didn’t look clean, the toilet had to be cleaned by me because there was dried urine under the seat. We had to get shower shoes to even shower and we also saw a couple small roaches. This by far was the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a hotel. They only have housekeepers a couple times a week and it’s evident that they do not do their job well. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!

It was very noisy, cars racing down the street. Maybe because there was a carnival across the street. Bugs were found in the bathroom.

The front desk staff was kind, but overall the place was disgusting. The shower had mold and soap scum plenty of cockroaches throughout the hotel, and there was a thick scum on all of the counters.

Cockroaches and mold when one room in the party checked in and went to a different place. So I did not check in and tried to cancel by calling the hotel, who said they couldn’t do anything until Monday.

Hotel is nice! Nothing fancy but clean and well kept. The staff was so friendly and just over all nice and welcoming!

Super disappointed first room the door did not have a lock and one of the beds were yellow. Second room we got changed to did not have hot water & smelt like cigarettes in a non smoking room.

No trash can in the room, television had no signal, bathroom fan exposed, garbage behind table lamps. It would be nice to have a hook to hang towels.

Victoria and Staff are excellent!! I highly recommend ‼️ The entire staff is friendly and helpful.
