The front desk service is professional and enthusiastic, and check-in and check-out are efficient and smooth. Special thanks to the Front Office Manager and the front desk staff for their thoughtful and meticulous service, prompt responses, and patient assistance in resolving any issues, which made for a very comfortable stay. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene, comfortable bedding, and quiet, providing a high level of comfort. The dining options are good, with a rich variety of dishes and delicious flavors, making for a great dining experience."

"Perhaps due to the extremely poor experience at 'Central Street CBD Grand Hotel' the previous night, we spontaneously moved to Shangri-La. The Shangri-La lobby indeed offers a great sense of space, and it's very convenient to get to the nearby MixC shopping mall. You can walk there via B2, which is really handy, though we only discovered this just before we left. It would be a good idea to inform guests about this during check-in. Breakfast: Since it was peak summer season, there were many empty dishes, and we also found hair on some of the plates. We informed the restaurant manager, and I ended up taking the plate to a staff member myself, worried that children might use it without noticing. There were some minor issues, but the manager apologized, which was understandable and acceptable. P.S.: If you care about the view outside your window, you need to specify a garden view and floor number. Don't assume the floor written in your booking confirmation will be the one assigned, as there can be discrepancies when rooms are allocated. Overall, it was quite good, and I would consider staying again. Just make sure to emphasize specific details to the hotel beforehand."

"This is my second time staying at the Conrad Hotel in Shenyang. The first time, my whole family traveled together and we had a great overall experience, so I chose Conrad again. After checking in at the front desk, I arrived at the room and found that the refrigerator was under maintenance. I called the front desk, and they immediately upgraded my room and had someone personally escort me to the new room. This time, I realized that the Conrad's location is truly convenient for getting anywhere. I walked to Xita and it's also very close to Shenyang Station, only 4 subway stops including a transfer, which is very convenient. The view from the 88th-floor front desk is absolutely stunning at sunset. The rooms are all on high floors, so the views are great, perfect for sitting and enjoying the scenery even on a rainy day."

"They arranged a quiet room for me upon check-in, and the front desk staff thoughtfully helped me store my luggage when I checked out, even giving a small toy to my child. Absolutely wonderful service! This is my top choice when visiting Shenyang. The location is also very convenient, with a subway station just a six-minute walk away."
