"This hotel has that classic 'old money' vibe, much like the Grand Budapest Hotel with its symmetrical architecture. It's massive, feels like hundreds of rooms. The downside is the 'square with an open center' layout, which meant our room was incredibly far from the elevator – it felt like a five-minute walk just to get there from our door. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the omelets were particularly good. The person in charge at the breakfast entrance seemed to be training an intern. When we were checking out, we were rushing to catch a train, so we brought our luggage directly to breakfast from our room. At first, the restaurant manager suggested we check our bags at the front desk. I explained we were very short on time, and he handled it expertly in front of the intern. He had the intern seat us in a spot that wouldn't obstruct other guests – that was really good. However, the hotel slippers were terrible; they were so flimsy they tore after just one day. They felt incredibly cheap and completely out of line with the Hilton brand. Overall, the hotel feels very solid and reliable, with excellent basic amenities. It's grand and a good choice for a trip."

"I throughly enjoyed my stay here. It had a cost and homely feel. It started with a friendly check in experience. The two ladies were apologetic about the fact that the lift had malfunctioned and as I was staying 5 nights across a weekend (when not likely to get fixed quickly) they were rearranging the room to put me on a lower floor. The room had 3 bunk beds of wooden construction, enclosed on three sides with curtains. Inside the mattress was narrower than the platform, though the upside meant there was a ‘shelf’ the full length of bed on to which I could put many items (drinks, clothes, handbags etc). Hooks inside and outside the bed space. Individual lights and two power sockets. It feels very roomy , like your own living space. The room had shelving, under bed drawers big enough for carry on luggage (own padlock needed), table and chairs. Showers and toilets are in the corridor, my first thought that there was not enough but I never needed to wait as they were occupied. Hairdryer at sink. Kept clean. Each bed is provided with a small hand towel: I thought this was a great idea as it was sufficient to dry off and saved heavy use of my travel towel. Front entrance, corridors and rooms accessed by key card access. It felt like a safe place. I made frequent use of the self catering kitchen that was clean, modern and well equipped. There were plenty of storage boxes provided. There is a common area in front of reception. Beer and food available. Reliable WiFi. Location was very good. 10 min walk from the train station and drop off place of FlixBus. Vegan restaurant 10min walk. 5 min walk to Wenceslas square which has many shops and Christmas market food stalls. 10-15min walk to old town square with the astronomical clock and main Christmas market. With how busy the old town Centre is I am so glad to not be staying right in/next to it. I went to performances at the national theatre and Dvorak Hall and after evening performances felt safe walking back to the hostel. It is very easy to get around by walking or tram. If I go back to Prague, this is where I will stay."

"The room was really nice, with decent layout and a studio concept, with a stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, room amenities were great. There were 2 main problems though 1. The code seemed to take a while to activate, so it did not necessarily work at 3pm on the dot, 2. The room was either really dry or slightly dusty as my partner and I started to get stuffy noses and general breathing issues after just a nap in the room, which was slightly disappointing as we really loved the room:("

"The hotel's reception is quite peculiar. You have to walk through a narrow hallway to get to it, and it's not a traditional lobby, just a small front desk. I'm not sure if this is an intentional design choice. It feels a bit small-scale, which doesn't quite match the price point of this hotel. Breakfast: Absolutely amazing! It's connected to the reception, but the setting is incredibly beautiful. Definitely worthy of being in the top three design rankings; you can take beautiful photos effortlessly. Taste: Even better, truly exceptional. Location: Many attractions in the old town are within walking distance, which is very convenient."

"This hotel is conveniently located near the Central Station, making it ideal for train travelers. It's also close to a metro station and several bus lines, offering easy access to transportation. The hotel is a renovated old building with comfortable rooms. The rooms have high ceilings, spacious bathrooms, and private balconies with open views. The cleanliness of the room is excellent, and the bedding is comfortable and neat. The hotel staff are enthusiastic and responsible."

"Well-equipped apartment, like a mini-flat, even with a washing machine. The complex is still new and in good condition accordingly. It's located in the inner courtyard, so it's really quiet. The only thing worth mentioning is that it can get quite warm in summer as there's no air conditioning, only a fan in the room. There's a washing machine in the room but nowhere to hang laundry. The hallways are quite winding, the shower door closes with a loud bang and wobbles as a result, and the light switch in the bathroom is right next to the power outlet – you easily grab the outlet instead of the switch. The reception is right in the entrance area – you feel a bit monitored when entering and leaving. The light from the microwave and light switch is quite annoying at night."

That said, there are some limitations. Being a residence, it lacks the full facilities of a hotel (no daily housekeeping, concierge, or on-site restaurant), so guests should be prepared for a more independent experience. Some rooms may feel compact, and the building is older, so noise or small maintenance quirks can occasionally occur. Overall, Nobilis Residence strikes a good balance between location, value, and comfort. It’s a strong choice for independent travellers who appreciate space and flexibility, though those seeking luxury hotel-style services might prefer other options."

"Really lovely run hotel, the staff are so friendly and professional. It’s in a great neighbourhood, quiet and safe, surrounded by different cuisine restaurants. Less than ten minute walk to Charles Bridge, 10-15 minute walk to Mustek station. The room itself had lovely The White Company toiletries, pod coffee machine and tea. Free bottle of water when needed. The breakfast is buffet and a very big selection of food. Can get a bit busy between 8-9am. Would be happy to stay there again! Thank you"

"Overall, very convenient and comfortable hotel to stay for short time. Breakfast is great, good amenities if you want to use the gym and laundry. The only thing we noticed that housekeeping only gave fresh towels and emptied bins. It did not look like they cleaned or made the beds. Not sure if you have to request this at reception as there was no sign to put on door to make up the room either. On the other hand the staff were super friendly and helpful. They gave us early check in and late checkout, which allowed us to freshen up before travels. For short time stay, this is a good choice."
