Shuttle bus pick up and drop off at stations and bus stops. It is a members-only resort Okura, but they rent out empty rooms to us, the public. The communal baths have 赤湯 and sauna, and the amenities were Aroma Esse by POLA.

Room is really big and clean. The public onsen on 5th floor and the cleanliness inside there is so so. There're restaurants nearby and closed a bit early! V good price and sure will stay here again!

非常靜雅，美麗的日本小鎮。酒店乾淨衞生，温泉舒適，洗浴用品齊全。房間大，很有日本特色。唯一讓人不爽的是酒店早上十點就要求退房，下午三點才能入住，在十點到三點這段時間是關門的。我們中午十二點半到了，大堂一個人也沒有，衹能帶着行李箱等到三點員工上班。早上十點退房後就又拖着行李箱離開，酒店不幫寄存。這對遊客特別不方便，因此很多景點都沒法去。

酒店在半山上，可以提前打電話給前台，讓他們派免費接駁車在巴士站或者火車站這裏來接，否則拖着行李要走好久，而且爬坡非常累。
酒店有自帶泡湯的地方，就沒有去金湯銀湯太閣之湯湊熱鬧了。我們去的時候酒店人不多，泡湯池那裡也沒啥人。
住的是日式榻榻米房間，需要自己鋪床鋪被子，房間還行不算很小，但是玄關和衞生間比較小。
總的來説，帶娃住這裏還是滿開心的，就是第二天10點前要退房，退房時間有點早。
回去的話，入住當天就在前台約好第二天的車子把我們送回火車站，本來想去坐六甲山纜車，但是1月底到2月頭是大風天氣，纜車關閉。
總的來説，酒店的服務還是不錯的，就是設施老舊了些。

房間日式風格，榻榻米自己鋪床，乾淨整潔，四人睡沒問題，窗户外就是小溪，就是晚上睡覺有點吵了，關了窗户可以，房間裏有衞生間和洗臉池，沒有淋浴，需要到五樓的公共浴室洗澡，不過還是很方便的，裏面還有泡澡金湯，每位客人收取150日元洗浴費用，還有酒店環境是不錯，但是在山上，拖着行李箱上坡累壞我們了，不過還是很開心的，有馬温泉還是個不錯的地方，晚上七點基本都關門了商店，走走消消食很不錯
