First we were not offered any welcome drinks on arrival as it was shown during the time of booking. Second they said they don’t have smoking rooms with king size bed which I had specifically mentioned that I want. When I fought with them then suddenly the room got available and we were given. Apart from this wifi was slow and had to call the wifi person to come and fix this. Rest mostly it was fine. The lunch buffet was great and rooms were clean. Since the property is quite ild now, furnitures are now rusty and need to get fixed.

The room was clean, services were fairly prompt, amenities could have been better, breakfast was satisfactory although there exists much room for improvement.

Stay was comfortable and nice. Staffs behavior up to the mark. Breakfast was super and delicious. Ac was not working properly and there is some noise in ac. There is no fan in the rooms. Charging points needs to be replaced.

Perfect for easy access to airport. Rooms are comfortable and dining is good. The fitness center is also a plus.

Helpful staff. TV worked sporadically. Good location if you want to be near Airport.

Pros - very good location even better than the hotels inside the New market. service staff are very helpful and cordial. Room and toilet are big and clean. breakfast is very good and has a good variety. Cons- the property is a bit old. the room tariff is a bit high but more or less this has been the standard rate around Park street and the neighborhood.

Very friendly staff and good location. Although 3 stars is a bit high. It is rather 2,5 stars. Breakfast was a good start of the day, continental and Indian. Room was small and old, ac noisy. But who cares; you don’t go to Kolkata to stay in your room. On the roof was a terrace where you can eat and drink. All in all great stay. Will definitely come back next time
