I would give five stars to the staff first of all. They are super helpful and friendly. Not only post check in,I was in touch with them numerous times before the trip as will, and I wasn't disappointed ever. They even answered my silly questions like how far is the airport and does the room have towels? We took the family suite which was very wide and spacious and very comfortable. The children had a field day playing. We had another double bed and the room I would say was just enough. It is around 10 mins from Reykjavik. There is a Chinese, Indian, Italian and a super market smaralind nearby which make access to food and amenities quite easy. Be careful on the booking of the airport drop. The cabs will pick you up last, so if you have given the time as 4 like we did, you may end up getting the cab at 430-445. So state the time 30 mins prior to the one you would want to be actually picked up unless you enjoy the anticipation 😀

6.7 kilometers from the city center, a bit far. There are no attractions nearby. In the morning, the airport is too early for 4:00. Flybus can't pick up the hotel. You have to spend more than 3,600 Icelandic krona to fly to the Flybus terminal and transfer to Flybus to the airport. The breakfast was good, but the early departures were not willing to provide breakfast. If you want to bring breakfast out of the hotel early, you will be asked to pay extra. The original paid breakfast fee is not refundable.

This is a small hotel located outside the capital of Iceland. The only advantage is that there is a cheap pig supermarket next to the hotel. It is convenient for shopping and the room is small. It is not recommended. The sheets are not changed. Reykjavik should live in the city center, dining is convenient, Vietnam 🇻🇳 restaurants are many.

considering this was the cheapest accommodation we could find near Reykjavik, this was very good (if basic). the room was large with 3 beds, a kitchen area and separate bathroom. everything worked (kettle/stove/fridge), no issues! was nice to be able to cook our own food. the TV even had UK channels. the bathroom was decent. there is a supermarket and subway/kebab shop opposite. the buses run nearby into town. there is a decent sized car park at the back. the heating worked well, the place got warm quickly which is what you need after being outside! felt pretty safe, you have 2 codes and 1 set of keys for the block and room. there is a laundry service available downstairs. the only thing i would criticise, is that it would have been nice to have had the towels and bedding changed in our stay- i think they only clean the rooms in-between each booking. overall , very pleased for the price. would definitely stay there again .
