We have been to this hotel three times. The location is beautiful. We have settled in the luxury rooms and with the terrace - these rooms are fantastic! Decorated with taste and feel the spirit of the old... In the rooms everything is necessary...But the last time got the standard number(no other) Compared to the previous big difference - both in fillability, and in comfort. There will not be any more... Mansard windows - only the sky can be seen... When the window is open, the rain- you understand(the guilt has opened)The room is small and dark. The sunset is normal- with the bathroom. If you only sleep that normal. At night a fire alarm was woken - only we... false alarm! At three nights! After that it became very uncomfortable, windows high... if what with the door... In the rest everything is excellent... Back is obligatory, only in normal rooms

Всё новое, чистое, удобная мебель: кровати, кресла .Стильные красивые интерьеры, в скандинавском стиле, роскошный вид из окна, вкуснейшие разнообразные завтраки, Останавливались в полулюксе, в полном восторге от номера и отеля в целом. Всем рекомендую. Расположение отеля очень выгодное: до исторического центра близко, дойти можно разными прогулочными маршрутами. Сам отель стоит на берегу Волги, из окон номеров и ресторана открывается прекрасный вид. Персонал отеля вежливый и внимательный. Решили , что обязательно вернёмся в Кострому именно в этот отель!

Вчера ночью вернулись с мужем домой (пребывание в Костроме с 01.06.23 по 02.06.2023) и сегодня по свежим следам пишу отзыв. Проживание в данном отеле очень понравилось. У персонала отеля внимательное отношение к гостям, их пожеланиям и требованиям. Номерной фонд в хорошем состоянии. Белье и полотенца чистые и свежие. В проживание у нас был включен завтрак. Завтрак довольно разнообразен: два виды каши, хлопья, холодные и горячие напитки, омлет, вареные яйца, сосиски, колбасы, сыры, фрукты. Есть сауна с хаммамом, финской парной и бассейном с гидромассажем и двумя зонами отдыха.В стоимость также входит зеленый час для отдыхающих.Также рекомендую посетить ресторан при гостинице. Блюда очень вкусные и приготовлены из свежих продуктов. Мне очень понравилась уха и салат из овощей с гранатом. Единственный минус - пришлось подождать. Нас заселяла и помогала по всем вопросам администратор Марина. Отдельное ей спасибо. Сотрудник очень ответственный и квалифицированный.

Recently stayed at this hotel for one night. The unpleasant discovery was its location: on the outskirts, next to the six-way highway. The noise from the Main Street was specific and the administrator refused to change our room to a room with windows in the yard. With open windows it is impossible to sleep. The location will only suit travelers with their own car. No elevator in the hotel. Standard rooms are on the third floor. But with closed windows and air conditioning on, I have a comfortable night. The standard room is small but comfortable enough. The hotel offers a great breakfast. So I will end up evaluating well. But with reservations above.
