I have stayed here twice, staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast is provided. The whole homestay was nicely decorated with flowers and small decoration items, room overall is clean. The only one room at ground floor is a two-bed room, no aircon, price is cheap though and has a shared toilet outside the room. Upstairs has three rooms - Only the family room (Master bedroom) with two beds has its own toilet, for the two other two rooms are sharing the same toilet. For the travellers who don’t like shared toilet better booked for the big room. Overall experience is excellent, the only downside is the location is a bit too far for people who don’t drive.

1. The owner: need to improve on ‘friendly’ when dealing with customer - replying customer’s message asap - owner need to be more alert 2. Lift service - very bad experience - first time rent TROIKA - lift service already stuck for more than hour - where many rental need to wait at lobby (I thought TROIKA still new?) - What happened to lift maintainence service? 3. Why not put coffee/tea, sugar at proper place on table (as welcoming guess to the residant - just suggestion) 4. I booked by Visa to make sure the room was safe for March 6 - 8th, 2020 before I arrived, I was consistently contacted Oyo and Booking dot com through text messages and Whatssap later I also asked about the possibility of early check-in - but did not receive an answer that Reasonable, I came back to receive an invitation to the wedding of one of the closest coordinates in Gลันตัน, which will be held on 6th 3 1 hrs at the Ismail Ali Mosque (Sultan Muhammadwi Mosque in Pese) and in Kotabaru to attend the ceremony the next day. I arrived at the location around 11:30 January. But can't check-in except 2:00 pm onwards. We can't check-in at 2:00 and be ready to join the 1 day street of the wedding at 3:00 pm. I inquired about the previous message. But did not find or reply wrong While I was warned about ”cash deposit” unlike other hotels in Oyo that I have stayed before, even though my booking is safe with Visa - I was surprised to find that I could not use a visa to pay. My family and I were very tired due to an unstoppable short trip from Kuala Lumpur to Kelantan. As a Muslim is inconvenient Despite being a traveler (musafir) to travel around Kota Baru during Friday prayer The staff promised he would do his best to get my room as soon as possible. (Which he did). We had no choice but to go somewhere carefully - end up at Pizza Hut Kota Bharu to wait. Not only Friday prayers will end as much. But still have to hurry to get money from the ATM I complained overwhelmingly through booking.com, texting and in less than 1 hour, I was called by the staff to inform me that the room was ready, about 12:30, glad we rushed to check in at the front desk, I told to make sure I would pay for the My car parked in the next two days (Which Saturday / Sunday is working days in Kolkata) in front of the hotel using a coin machine to avoid tickets or worse. - Tired lock by the city council Kota Bharu room ok - enough for the family. The TV does not work properly. But the baby maintenance is Hurry to fix the problem when complaining Later, when joining the first royal function, we found that the bathroom floor trap was clogged and there was dirty water and a bad smell flooding everywhere on the floor. The drain of the sink was fixed / directed to the floor trap instead of the wet wall inside towards draining, which caused a drain. The things Worse (I wonder if the drain for the water in the tub was clogged too) The first day was completely a disaster. We didn't have a proper shower and had to use a bathroom / bathroom near the reception. Early morning on the 2nd day I started complaining and fortunately we got a new room which was much better than the first time. I should compliment. The staff who work on March 7, 2020 are not included in the package. We had breakfast in Gotaburi and sometimes around. Which is quite familiar with us because I was originally a citizen of leton, the 2nd and last day of the 8th was great It is important to know that the Dobby / To-do laundry is right next to the hotel, which is very convenient for us to do laundry every day for our travel and our ceremony clothes in the evening. Last time, during payment after using the money to pay for the parking lot using Touch and Go card, I found that there is a free parking behind the hotel. (Depends on the arbitration of the hotel staff) - I'm not sure if it's an officer or not. Hotel car park or else
