If you like to sleep, ensure you’re not on the road. I was in room 2203 which was on the main road next to 7/11 and above the restaurant. Noise all night and all day - didn’t sleep for 3 nights. If I had known which room I was going to be in, I wouldn’t have paid for three nights up front. The staff are not particularly special, breakfast was very basic, so I only went once and had egg on toast with fruit. Rooms are old, drains block easily, towel rails fall down and there are lots of mosquitoes. I had people trying to enter my room from the room next door several times (connecting door) which as a solo female traveler was a bit worrying. There are not many good things I can say to be honest. Although the small pool area was nice, it filled up quickly and was hard to get a lounger. A friend and her mum stayed in the small villas next to the pool which were nicer but definitely not worth the price they paid.

Staying at Ao Nang Orchid Resort is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay specially, it is located in the town which is the popular tourist destination. The hotel is really affordable, clean, and the staffs are friendly. We love the pool area and the breakfast that they served us during our stay. We will definitely come back to Krabi and book this hotel again on our next escapades.

Enjoy the view here as we took the pool view and we can sit at the verandah and see the mountain view too. Just walking distance to the beach and there’s a lot of shops nearby. Hotel room is perfect to me as is clean and love the parquet flooring. Breakfast is so so but still acceptable.

Бронировали на 3 суток, жили на 2 этаже в номере с видом на бассейн. Отель у центральной дороги, реально в нескольких шагах от пляжа, пирса и т.д. Номер просторный, балкон большой. Постельное белье отличное, матрац 👍🏻 Спали хорошо, было достаточно тихо. Завтраки очень хорошие, всего достаточно, мест достаточно - никаких очередей не видели))) Бассейн большой, достаточный по глубине. На ресепшен обслуживание доброжелательное и вежливое, раньше 14 часов не заселили, строго с 14 часов, но есть возможность оставить вещи под присмотром. Такси при заказе на ресепшен до аэропорта - 600 бат на микроавтобусе.

구글지도앱을 통해 정확한숙박날짜를 입력했으나
트립닷컴앱으로 링크되는과정에서 당일날짜로변경되어
잘못예약이되었다.바로숙소전화연결했지만 전화안되었구, 트립닷컴 콜센타 전화하여 사정설명하니
취소되고 환불될거라 걱정말라했다. 그러나 몇시간후
메일로온답은 호텔에서 환불을거절한걸로 나왔다.
다음날일찍 호텔로 전화했으나 연결불가..그래서 숙소에
직접방문하여 상황설명했더니 호텔직원이 귀찮고 떨떠름한표정으로 어제근무한직원이없어서 업무처리가
안된다했다.다시설명하고 처리요청했으나 속시원히 처리를안하고 어제담당이 근무안하므로 내일오라했다.
다음날 숙소갔더니 어제담당이와있었으나, 처리해주고
싶지않은표정이었다.트립닷컴콜센타를 통해 변경요청
을여러번하니 호텔에서 처리해준다면 해결된다했다.
호텔에서 억지로 확답받고 다시콜센타전화하니 처리해준단다.그런데 호텔에서는 트립닷컴으로부터
변경날짜통보를 이메일로받은후 처리해준다고햇다.
이문제로 해외에서 트립닷컴 5번전화..호텔방문3번방문
정말짜증나고 화났지만 실수라면 내실수라 맘고생
시간낭비를 감당해야만했다. 끈질기게 노력한결과 내돈
내고 호텔에 들어갔지만 방도 제일후진방을 배정받았다.
그래도 재워주니 고맙다고 해야하나!! 숙박비날린것보다
는 어쨋든 잠은잔거니 고맙다고 말하고나왔다.
느낀점-- 고객서비스 마인드가 하나도없고..고객실수라도
불편하지않도록 처리해주면 좋을것같다.
다시는 끄라비에 여행하고싶지않아졌구, 이호텔엔 다신
오고싶지않았다.
다른사람은 포기했을텐데 끝까지 포기하지않았지만 여행이 망쳐진 느낌이고 에너지가 너무 소진되어서
