"We had a great time at this hotel the view 10/10, The only way to stay at this hotel is to book it with the pool and mountain view, breakfast was amazing, food from the restaurant where spot on. Drinks where great. Staff was lovely assisted us w the lugagge and with the last min room change amazing stay. Very relaxing. Only cons was the walk back everynight. Uphill and dark which is not their fault but just be aware."

"I decided to have a room with a balcony. In the building at the front desk, it looks good. It has a balcony for ventilation and convenience. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Shanghai from the beach. There is a 7-11 at the intersection on the beach. Leave your luggage at the front desk and go to Railay. When you walk to the beach, there is a long tail boat. By the way, the luggage has to be carried upstairs by yourself, which is slightly heavier. The room has everything that should be there. After washing clothes to dry on the balcony, it dries quickly"

"Excellent hotel. Very tasty and varied breakfasts. Buffet. Good gym. Beautiful view from the window of the hill, trees and the sea. 3 swimming pools: 1 downstairs and 2 on the roof. Walking distance to the beach. Convenient check-in and check-out. I can highly recommend the hotel to everyone"

"The room is about the same size as the previous deluxe room, with an extra bathtub and a larger balcony. However, it is further away from the beach and requires more steps. Although the bed is spliced, it doesn't feel like it. It's really big. Big, indeed a king-size bed! There was really nothing to order from the dinner restaurant, and the taste was just so-so. There was no change in the breakfast. I was hungry for seven days and looked at the food but had no appetite. The sunset on the hotel beach is really beautiful! I was lucky enough to see a specialty - lizard on the steps of the hotel😂😂 By the way, the previous review was wrong. The hotel taxi to Ao Nang Beach costs 100 yuan, and the taxi at the door also costs the same. If you rent a motorcycle, turn left at the hotel entrance and go up the mountain. It is a national park, but it is not allowed to enter after 14:00. Those who like nature can explore it."

"Fabulous huge room with everything you need. Only negative was the hydrofoil which was a bit noisy and keep us awake. We were on 4th floor room 412 so guess the water pump was above us. I have one in Turkey and had to put it on insulation blocks and house it in with ventilation, so easy solved."

"This hotel is really great! First of all, the hotel is very beautiful, and the mosquito control is also in place. It is very friendly to children! They will prepare small toys and sand digging equipment! The room was also arranged very conveniently for us, the breakfast was exquisite and delicious, the Thai restaurant tasted very authentic, and the pool restaurant was my favorite, the food was served quickly and the service was warm! There was a small incident when eating at the lay lae restaurant, but it was solved quickly and was very satisfactory! Finally, our butler salaam was a handsome local boy who served attentively and responded quickly! So considerate!"

"Excellent Access and Location! Just returned from a fantastic stay at Centara Ao Nang, and I have to commend them on their truly superb access! The location was absolutely perfect – so easy to get to the main Ao Nang beach, and we loved being able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and tour booking spots without any hassle. We didn't need to rely on taxis much at all, which was a huge plus. Even getting to and from the resort with our luggage was a breeze. Highly recommend this resort if you're looking for convenience and great accessibility in Ao Nang!"

"When we arrived they told us to go to a room that was not finished being cleaned yet. After the house keeping found us another room we settled in. But we found stains on the comforter when we returned back after walking to the street market. Luckily we only stayed one night."

"As the introduction of website and tripadvisor. Both hardware and software are above average. It's pricey but totally worth the cost. Selections of the breakfast and drinks next to the pool are well prepared. Thank you for everything. See you next time 😉"

"Lovely resort with a great pool area. We stayed in garden villa facing to the pool. The room and bathroom was spacious and look the same in the pictures. Bed is hard as rock. AC worked well. Also, the resort is in a good location right on the beach and close to shops, restaurants and long tail boats ticket. However, there are too many things that need to be improved - 1 key per room is a bad idea and inconvenient. I know the owner wants to save an electricity bill and try to keep its green. - Hot water in the shower didn’t work properly - Most staff look miserable, unfriendly and unprofessional. They need intense training about customer service and communication. - Breakfast was alright, not variety. Everyday food stand cold and always run out. It’s not promptly refilled. Taste was not bad. Juice is cordial not fresh one. Coffee machine looks dirty and tired and could be long line when it’s busy - Housekeeper came very late each day and they didn’t pick up room service dishes until we checked out - Bed linens and pool towels look old and tired. Need changed - Wifi was very slow and it kept dropped out. - the item cost lists made us feel a bit no courtesy and too stingy but it’s understandable. If the management could improve all those issues, this resort would be a great place to stay. Overall for us, we enjoyed our stay here."
