The location is good, there are many restaurants downstairs, and it is convenient to eat. The transportation is also convenient, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to KLCC. The service is so-so. I stayed for two nights, and the amenities were not replaced. There was only one pair of slippers.

location wise are very good,KLCC just few mins walking, also MRT are just downstairs, check in and out are smooth,a lot of guest everyday
The only thing is the pool are only open 10 to 10,I go out early and come back late,so doesn’t got much time to enjoy the infinity pool, and also the pool can’t see KLCC much,so if you are in it,choose tower 2 better, they are facing to the KLCC,refer to my photo

My place is a preferred choice for luxury accommodation in the vicinity of KLCC and as it known as the Citys Commercial, Shopping & Entertainment Hub. The best part is the rooftop garden comes with stunning city views which includes Petronas Twin Towers. It's a perfect spot for those who refer to enjoy your stay with low density accommodation.
The apartment is within walking distance to major KL hotspots: KL Tower, Suria KLCC, Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, and Aquaria KLCC. The food scene is awesome, from Malaysian street fare to international cuisines to nightclubbing.

This place is clean and neat. We had a comfortable sleep at night. We also got to see a nice view especially at night. Our stay was really good since the room is complete with an oven, microwave, stove and even a water dispenser.

Everything is great. It has a beautiful environment, well-equipped facilities, a dedicated parking space, the place is very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The transportation here is also convenient, with direct access to lalaport. The attitude of the person in charge is also very good. I will choose to stay here next time.

I book this hotel coz it next to brickfield monorail station.
New & clean room!
Price is relatively low 100+
Previously i pay this price in this area for old motel / budget hotel
Pros:
5 min walk to TRX, 8-10 min walk to Pavilion. Pretty good location for the price
Owner (Chris) was quite responsive and helpful during the check in process
Cons:
Some of the amenities were not available (e.g. no microwave, no cooking equipment like frying pan even though there is an induction stove, no detergent even though there is a washing machine), so it just feels like false advertisement at this point
Materials in the room feel pretty cheap. Walls are so thin I can hear what the next door tenants are talking about, and kept getting woken up by them at 3am
Next door condo/units have not been built up yet. Feels like I'm staying at a construction site
Doorbell applies to all units, so I got disturbed even when the doorbell was meant for the other unit
Swimming pool didn't feel very cleans, especially since many tenants were using it in their clothes 🤮
TLDR: The location is good, but otherwise, the apartment feels cheap and many amenities as advertised are missing (i.e. cooking utensils, laundry detergent, etc.). Overall, price is decent for the location and cleanliness of the room, but there are definitely better booking options nearby (e.g. One Cochrane) which would make a much better overall staying experience.

All the facilities are very new and convenient to use, especially the washing machine with washing and drying function, which makes up for the regret of not having a balcony. Everything is good. The biggest problem is that because the house is relatively new, the smell is really strong. It is not recommended for people who are sensitive to respiratory tract and smell. It would be better to come three months later or later.

Outstanding
SSyafiq TuahHotel Room: Amazing view, very good amenities. Room for improvements includes adding “make up room” button available in the two bedroom suite so that it is easy to notify the housekeeping.
Gym: Amazing bird’s eye view of Klang Valley. Equipments are just basics. Room for improvements includes adding squat racks and cable machine.
Sauna and spa: Steam bath and sauna available but it is turned off when not in use which is good. But it will look like the sauna is not operating, a briefing by the pool staff would be helpful and encourage usage.
Restaurant: Only went to Roselle but the hotel does have 6 eateries on site. Shout out to Farhana and Nizam from Roselle for always being attentive.
Check-in: We had a smooth check in process however hospitality can be improved since it is a 5-star hotel and under the Lexis brand. It lacks signature experience in my honest opinion as compared with other 5-star hotel.
Parking: Parking is free for guests so it is a plus if you are renting a car like we did.
Location: It is at the heart of the city tucked in a secluded area so it is less busy than the Jalan Bukit Bintang and Imbi area.
Special shoutout to Terrence from Concierge for always welcoming us in the morning and after we are finished for the day arriving at the hotel.
YYvonne SiewI booked a Lifestyle Suite with Club Access.
The lounge served alcohol and good foods. Due to festive seasons, the hotel is very crowded but the service are still quite fast.
The hotel location is near to shopping malls and restaurants. The hotel parking is flat rate at RM2.2 after validation
GGuest User*************. Everything went smoothly. Checking in was ok although my request for upgrade to club room not successful. However the hotel did decorate my room 515 for my sister's 47th birthday and gave a slice of chocolate birthday cake. Tq.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is clean and located in heart of KL. Very easy to go around to shop from the hotel (closed to Pavillion, TRX and Bukit Bintang). The price is good, that's why there are so many people during holidays and very crowded everytime. Overall we are really enjoy to stay here.
GGuest UserHad a wonderful staycation with my husband and daughter. Easy access to public transport and BB. But the shortcut has to pass by the narrow street. Overall stay is good. Just a few things not so happy about:
1. Cleanliness of carpet
2. It's noisy when the room next door opens the water tap.
3. Sadly, my room has no view.
Food is moderate, room is spacious and nice. Will repeat.
GGuest UserWe recently had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and provided seamless check-in. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with questions and recommendations.
The room was clean and well-appointed. Housekeeping was attentive and respectful of our privacy.
Overall, the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning!
DDyan FauzanaLove this hotel. Spacious. Great staff. Nearby to eateries. No complaints. If you like pool, just be aware it's small. For kids, they might enjoy. Gym, well equipped.
GGuest UserThis is a nice hotel for a stay. If you need to go to Sunway Velocity Medical Centre this hotel is located close by. There are places to eat nearby. The mall next door is pretty dead.
YYee PeenGreat service from the front desk staff name daniel, the new room design with open toilet doesnt really practical, rooms very smelly when your couple do BIG BUSINESS, i downgraded my room to avoid that.
GGuest UserStaying with my husband for business purposed. Booking through Floresta Hotel websites & got discount too. The room worth the price. It was budget hotel but still nice in terms of room cleanliness, amenities & facilities. The staff are very helpful & kind. The one who served us is Ms Sofea. She's so nice, we came here for a business but decided to extend since it was a nice hotel. And Ms Sofea help to arrange room with good view. And lurveee the lobby, feels like you're in jungle. It was nice if you put fake river too haha.
