We spent a night here because it is a short walking distance on the overhead bridge to Kunming South Coach Station which is behind the metro station. We arrived at the airport at 1130pm and received instructions via wechat to get to homestay. Nice big and clean room, powerful heated that is voice activated. Good service. The is very good coffee at Lucking Cafe nearby and good lamb noodles on the first floor. It is located on the 7th floor of the same building as The Vienna Hotel.

房間很舒服，是自己喜歡的風格，圖片跟房間一樣很温馨，衞生也比較乾淨，住的滿意，每個月都要出差，以後都訂他家了

這是我在昆明住過酒店中很喜歡的一家，我和我的朋友們選訂了一個家庭套房，裝修的風格我好喜歡，有一種住在自己裝修的小房子裏面的感覺，怎麼説呢賓至如歸吧，環境也是寬敞明亮，很乾凈，晚上睡覺也是很安靜的，還有投影儀可以看電影，和朋友家人一起住真的很棒，交通也是很方便，對面有地鐵，樓下就有公交車站，真的很棒！着重誇一下我們的老闆娘，真的太温柔了，服務態度簡直不要太好了，超級喜歡她的。這是我住的很滿意的一次了。照片不是家庭套房的，是大床房的，小姐姐借給我們化粧用的，真的超級推薦她們家，經濟實惠。

本來想訂維也納，然後看到他家…價格和維也納差不多…評分比維也納還高…然後就定了他家…也算是我**…沒看清這是民宿 根本不是酒店…結果…非常差…我不知道那些好評是怎麼來的…極其簡陋 沒有空調 …吹飛機時而有電時而沒有電…女士要想吹乾頭髮 那是不可能的…洗臉枱小的連個洗面奶和漱口杯都沒法擺…簡陋我忍受了…最忍受不了的是臟…馬桶上的尿漬…經過拖鞋架旁那臭的燻人的味道…桌子上的杯子裏水壺裡各種污漬垃圾泡的餿臭…床單上的各種污漬印記…窗簾到處透光…當時拍了照片…但不想噁心人…不上傳了

房東人很好，很親切。房間很乾凈，有投影孩子很喜歡，第二天續住因為原住房已預訂房主年底升級了另外一套親子房，相當nice。下次來昆明還住她家！

酒店就在南部汽車站對面，乘坐地鐵出行還是非常方便的，附近就有很多吃飯的地方，辦理入住也很方便，房間還是很大的，設備一應俱全，就是後台能注意下訂單的房型升級，延遲退房的權益就更好了。

超級棒，對於一個衹能留昆明一天的住客來説真的是流連忘返啊！老闆很熱情友好，房間裏有二十四小時熱水，大屏投影，還有廚房，冰箱住了一晚感覺還想再住一晚，愛了愛了❤❤❤不過對於我來説有一個小小的不足就是：衞生間鏡子太高了對於小個子老説很不友好，不過總的來説優點大過不足，能接受🤗🤗
