位置優越，交通便利，位置很好繁華，出行方便。門口有停車位非常方便，佈局合理，有輕音樂，很好聽。房間有可樂雪碧和各種茶不都錯，服務熱情，主動，效率高，周到，專業很不錯。房間採光好，明亮，安靜，舒適，衞生很乾凈，床墊舒服，出水快，水温好洗澡舒服，網速快，辦公方便。房間整潔，乾淨衞生，客房阿姨親切，服務好，動作麻利，周到。最愛的超大電影也看了真的是非常非常喜歡，非常好，強力推薦!

看到酒店名字“這有家”挺好奇的，看着照片和評價都不錯，抱着試試心態預訂了，預訂後老闆主動聯繫發位置、指引圖等等整個入住過程非常順利，進去房間的第一感覺對於這個價格太有性價比了[強]房型跟圖片一樣，甚至整個入住體驗非常好，客廳有整面的落地窗，還可以三兩朋友圍坐泡茶喝，還帶有廚房和簡單廚具餐具等，房間衞生做的很好很乾凈就像家裡一樣，老闆服務也很好有問必答[捂臉]卧室在套房的中間，睡覺很安靜一點也不吵，洗漱用品配置也很齊全，一次性拖鞋、馬桶墊等等都有，連女生卸粧水、卸粧棉老闆都考慮到了，看得出很用心，總之太完美了，下次再來…

附近是一個大商圈有很多玩的和吃的，離地鐵站也很近，重點是民宿裏面巨好超級無敵爆炸好，性價比超高的，在這個價位是我住過最好的酒店了，裏面設施也很全，總之炒雞贊中國人不騙中國人！！！

地理位置很好，但是衞生真的不太好啊！屋子裡發現了蟑螂，榻榻米的墊子底下也很不乾淨，漱口杯和喝水的杯子都沒有刷，上邊還有上一家住客留下的痕跡。。。。。。最糟糕的是家裡人的腿上有好幾處不知道什麼蟲子咬的包！！！

優點：出行比較方便，周邊的商場也近。
缺點：如果連續住上幾晚就不建議住，保潔不會每天來搞衞生，垃圾要自己丟。還有一個就是隔音不是很好，打開窗户來通風很吵，不開窗户又很悶，因為我們江西的海拔低，去了這邊就感覺很乾燥很悶。
整體還算可以

小户型一居室設計很討人喜歡，裝修是日式風格，衞生間做了漏水地墊，很棒，一大一小兩張床滿足了3個大人1個小孩的出行需求，樓下就有地鐵站，很方便，外賣也能送上樓，窗户視野很好，早上看了朝霞，晚上看了煙花，深夜小酌幾杯，投影看個電影，體驗感很棒。

裝修是日式的，對我來説是一次比較新的體驗。房間寬敞，生活用品應有盡有，我和男朋友都感歎居然還有卸粧用品、濕巾等東西。床很大，睡得也很舒服。好評！
