"Very cost-effective hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, there are two washing machines available in the lobby on the first floor, the parking lot needs to be paid separately, but it is very cheap, although the breakfast options are not many but very delicious, the Lulu station and the coin dance bridge can be reached on foot, there is a convenience store opposite the hotel."

"Great hotel but very little English spoken by the staff. Location is convenient for fast food and Fisherman’s Wharf and farmers market.
A word of advice. Choose a larger room. I was there for several days and appreciated the extra room. I saw some of their standard room and they sure looked a bit small. Kuchiro is a compact city and easy to walk around on foot. This is a nice hotel. Restaurant is good, but breakfast buffet has very small potions to take. They are also very strict on their closing time. They expect you out when the restaurant is set to close.
All in all I think the best choice in Kuchiro."
"The hotel is located in the suburbs of Lulu, the environment is quiet and comfortable. But it is located next to the Lulu City Zoo and only a 10-minute drive from the Red Crane Park, which is very convenient. The breakfast and dinner clerk is attentive."
"Onsen is not nice as is shared among male and female at alternate times. But service and food is tiptop. The free flow bar is a nice touch up. Will totally recommended if you dont use the onsen🤭"
"It was located less than 5 minutes walk from Kushiro Station and was close to the station bus terminal, so it was convenient to go to various places in the city. The room was large and the facilities were sufficient for one person."

IiabdullahThanks to AKAN Leather for inviting me at such a beautiful place and suggesting me Lake Side Hotel to Enjoy Beauty of this Place 😍
Hotel Staff was very Friendly, Accomodating and Professional.
MMin ChiehThe hotel was great! The onsen was really just a public bath, but was still comfy. Free snacks on the top floor like ice cream, yakult at different timings made it even better. There was even free ramen supper on the ground floor at night. Room was comfy. Location is great, with the airport bus stop just around the corner, and other bus stops to bring us around.
Ee6000The overall feeling is good. There is a pier right outside the door, where you can take a boat. The hotel has hot springs, and the room is relatively spacious in Japan. The only drawback is that the parking lot is far from the hotel. You have to take the hotel's shuttle bus. We forgot to take water when we got off the bus. The hotel room does not have water. The hotel buffet we had in the evening may be a bit salty. My family and I woke up thirsty at around 1 a.m., and our throats felt like smoking. There was no water in the room, and we couldn't get it from the car. In the middle of the night, we found a corner on the second floor and found a self-service vending machine. We bought two bottles of water and solved the problem. It's been almost half a month since we came out, and this is the first time we encountered this situation. We joked that it was good that we didn't scare anyone in the middle of the night. Remind friends who are going to stay here to remember to bring water to the room, be sure to remember!
MMary CunninghamIt was nice to have a full-sized bathroom! It was very nice to have separate washer & dryer units instead of the typical combo units we've encountered!! It was super nice that the woman at the front desk spoke enough English that she was able to explain our reservation & parking!!! The breakfast was a ”Comfort Suites” style breakfast but had a decent combo of Japanese & Western choices. The stacked parking for our car was well coordinated. This was a ”day of” reservation for us but in a couple ways ”beats” the last Airbnb we stayed at in Tokyo.
JJK02We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. The onsen and rotenburo were definitely the highlights—very relaxing and well-maintained.However, internet connection was quite poor, which made it difficult to stay connected. Also, since we were staying as a group, we found the in-room rubbish bin too small and would have appreciated a larger one.
GGuest UserThere was a ton of black mold in the washroom.
I can't understand why they didn't clean it when they could see it.
Apart from that it was really good.
GGuest UserThis hotel is very new, local next to the bus terminal and actually part of the hotel is used for the bus office / terminal. They provide free drinks (including alcohol) from 3pm to 9pm in the restaurant, enjoy when it is available.
The breakfast has a limited choice, but it is a buffet. The public bath is shared between men and women with time slots. Around 300 yen for washing but drying is free. The room was rather small but they put a huge double decker bed with a king size bed in the bottom, it was a comfortable sleep but not much room to move in the room. Key is using a number lock system which is quite interesting. A super huge TV in the room mounted to the wall. My room is facing east and I able to see sunrise in the morning.
Note that there are quite a few pot holes from the train station to the hotel. During that day, when I move my luggage to the hotel, the wheels get stuck into a new filled pot hole and travellers need to be aware.
GGuest UserThe female staff could speak English and very throughly explained everything. We stayed 2 nights. The outdoor hot spring is amazing. Breakfast is delicious, view is great.
GGuest UserThe hotel is at the south end of the coin dance bridge, and it is very convenient to come out to see the scenery. The environment in the lobby is also very good, and there are free drinks for guests to taste. The rooms are commendable as toilets, not the overall bathroom, there is a separate shower room, and the bath products are not bad. Unfortunately, we lived on the 5th floor. The curtains were opened to the roof of the podium, and there were many air conditioners outside. In addition, the day of check-in was a bit cold, and the warm air of the air conditioner was turned on, and a smell was smelled. It should be that the air conditioner pipe needs to be cleaned.
川川川川The hotel's food is very good, and the lake view is first-class. Like other hotels in the hot spring street, the facilities are a bit old, but the open-air hot spring is new and large, with a great view. The overall service and hygiene are good.
