"The service is very good, the room is very good, clean and comfortable, the location is very convenient, it is very close to where to go. We rented a car and the hotel provided free parking, which was especially convenient. There is also a swimming pool and a free SPA experience, which is very plus points. The most pleasant surprise was that the front desk learned that it was my wife's birthday when I registered, and specially prepared a small gift, which was really intimate. The overall experience is great, I will continue to book this next time!"

"A very nice clean hotel. Positives: Large, clean rooms with a nice balcony. Slippers included, although they were a bit too small for my size 10 feet. Reasonably priced bar and restaurant and the food was very good. The service from the receptionists and bar staff was very good Free bus in the morning which takes you into the centre of palma Negatives: Location. There is a small beach nearby which is very nice but there is not much else to do nearby at least when we went in late February which is off season. We found the shower difficult to use, which could just be us being stupid but still worth a mention When I paid I’m sure I picked a room with a Mountain View but got a room looking over the street. Not a big deal though as we didn’t spend much time in the room. Overall for what we paid it was an exceptional stay I would recommend."

"The hotel experience was fantastic! The location is convenient, near the beach. The front desk service was friendly and efficient, and check-in and check-out were smooth. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, which allowed for a good night's rest. The facilities were complete. It's a great value for money. I'll stay here again next time and recommend it to friends!"

"The service and our room was fantastic. The team went above and beyond to help me surprise my partner’s birthday. However I was little disappointed with the rooftop “pool”, the picture online was very deceptive and appears to be a little bigger/ deeper but it was just a small tub to splash your toes in. But apart from that the staff was fantastic and very much aestically pleasing x"

"Let’s talk about the dissatisfaction first. Due to my negligence at the time, I only filled out a check-in when two people checked in to book a room. After that, there was no notification the next day that an additional fee of 30 euros per night would be charged. I felt a little dissatisfied with the additional charge. The premise is OK. When I checked in, I was told that I had no objection at all. It was annoying to tell me the next day. Secondly, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but after all, they are there for how many years they have been in business. Besides, the advantages are that the restaurant is good. Mallorca is actually quite big. The hotel is an hour's drive from attractions such as the Jelly Sea. Looking left and right, the toiletries are all from Bvlgari. However, considering that the room price is around 1,500 per night in the off-season, it cannot be said to be cost-effective."

"Booked for an engineer who needed to be close to the harbor, he stated that it was a great location and walking distance to the harbor. He added that the staff were extremely nice."

"The hotel is a bit far from the center but bus line 4 takes you there. The reception staff is super nice and friendly, they help you or provide the information you need, it's the best thing about the hotel. You can have a clothes iron by leaving a deposit of 20 e that will be returned to you on the day of departure. The rooms are quite old and smell musty mixed with humidity. It is quite cold in the bathroom as it has an open crack that leads directly to the street and cannot be closed or covered. It's a shame because the rooms have a lot of potential if they did a little renovation. The views from the terrace of the hotel are wonderful to the port."
