GGuest UserFierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though. The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room. We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious. The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines. The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great! We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm. I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout. I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!

GGuest UserReally good experience. Beautiful apartment, modern, luminous, clean (except one drawer where we found basura). Extremely good value for money imo. Loved the location. Cannot understand the negative reviews about the service, in our case everything was super smooth, and the guys very helpful, available and flexible. Top. Will come back.

GGuest UserA localização do hotel perfeita, organização na chegada um pouco confusa, mas foi resolvido. Porém, o banheiro não havia tampa para saída de água da banheira, pedimos e ninguém resolveu. Ar condicionado de difícil regulagem. Muito frio. O café da manhã excelente. Ainda assim, indico.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel recently and overall I had a comfortable experience. The location is excellent, very convenient for travelers. It was easy to reach nearby attractions and transport, which made my trip smoother. However, I did face some confusion when I first arrived. The name on the building was not the same as the hotel name I booked online. This caused a little worry at the beginning, because I was not sure if I had found the right place. Another challenge was communication. The staff were polite and tried their best to help, but their English was not very strong. Sometimes it was difficult to explain my questions or understand their answers. With patience, things worked out, but it did take extra effort. On the positive side, the room was very spacious and extremely clean. The furniture and facilities were well maintained, and I felt very comfortable staying there. The bed was large, the bathroom was tidy, and everything looked fresh. After a long day of travel, it was nice to relax in such a clean and quiet environment. In summary, the hotel offers a great location and comfortable rooms, but communication and signage could be improved.
