A decent aparthotel, but its biggest drawback is the virtual reception. If any problems arise, you have to communicate via WhatsApp, which can be difficult during weekends or holidays when responses may be delayed or unavailable.
The rooms are not cleaned during your stay, which can be either a benefit or a disadvantage, depending on your preferences. The apartments themselves are very well equipped and have everything a traveler might need after a long journey.
The washing machine in the room was excellent. However, although the hotel provides dishes, dishwashing liquid, coffee, and tea, no laundry detergent is supplied, which was a bit disappointing. There is also an iron and an ironing board, as well as a very convenient and spacious safe.
Another major advantage is the excellent water pressure and high-quality plumbing. I later moved to another aparthotel that had neither a washing machine nor such good bathroom facilities, so I really appreciated this.
Everything in the apartment worked properly, and it was clean. However, for some reason, the Wi-Fi would not connect to my iPhones, while my Android phone worked perfectly.
A significant downside is that there are no instructions explaining how to connect to the Wi-Fi. If you arrive without internet access, you may not even be able to contact the virtual reception for assistance.
And yes, as others have already mentioned, access to the building is only possible with a QR code. If, for any reason, you do not have it, you simply will not be able to enter the building.
Overall, it is a good aparthotel, but I believe having at least one staff member on site would be very important. Problems do happen, and not all of them can be solved remotely.
