"The first is impression is an ambience of the fresh fragrance to make me fall in love and really want to find out the secret of a hotel.  I would like family and friends to come and find out the mystery of the hotel and u will find out the different room type like a manor.  The service , staff, cleanliness, rate and  waiting areas is reasonable and elegant atmosphere cause surround with lots of plants and I think it is a lead by example that Macley group need to touch base and follow the guide line from a SOP.  Beau, Krittapas,Kris , Kristy , Billy  A new charmed one  Wrote at the pub in kx at 5.38 pm Pls do not copy and paste and u must used your own brain mainly selebarum .."

"Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel so close to the supermarket, liquor store, and restaruants. Bus stop in front and across the street. The parks were so close walks. Would return back to Macleay Hotel in the future."

"This place was really comfortable to stay in, the service is great and most definitely the location where its surrounded by restaurant and also next to the train :)"

"We enjoyed a short stay in Sydney seeing the sights and visiting family. Song Hotel was ideal as it is so central for trains and buses and near Hyde Park. We enjoyed the full breakfast that was included and also ate at the cafe on the ground floor. Staff we welcoming and friendly. Our room was small with an ensuite and balcony but adequate for our needs."

"Staff were very friendly and the room was nice, great option for a solo traveller. Bathroom was a little cramped, but shower water pressure and temperature were both great."

"Overall a pleasant stay, close to all shops needed. Great service and an especially good shower. Will return"

"Staying in Fullerton Hotel is a wonderful experience. Hesitating between the Fullerton Hotel and the Four Season，finally here we are. Half an hour was spent on the way to the hotel from Sydney International Airport by train，which is in the vicinity of St James Station. Greeted by professional concierge and receptionist，the check in was less than 5 mins. 1 dollar was deducted from card as deposit. The room of 40 square meters was really big for two person. Mini bar was filled with different kind of drinks. Bed & sofa was soft and cozy. Room service was available via a black i-pad on the table，paid by either cash or card when checking out. Sydney Opera House & Hyde Park was nearby，together with other luxury stores. The room price was friendly during off-season，which will definitely double when the new year come. Haven’t tried the Four Season yet and can not give any comments，but Fullerton experience was truly nice and worthy."

"The hotel is located in a fantastic location, just opposite a shopping mall. I had a pleasant stay here. The only cons are: The toilet is a bit run down. Due to the apartment being so well located, it means that the pubs beside it can get a bit noisy at night, especially on the weekends."

"This was one of the best experiences we have had in Australia. We finally found a resort that values its customers and provides what you expect from a five star luxury hotel. Vivien from the front office was amazing, upgrading our room and making my birthday unforgettable. Thank you and keep up the fantastic work."

"Perfect night away - a beautiful modern hotel and rooms with fantastic views. Very clean and all staff were friendly and helpful. We had cocktails at Cirq , dinner at Woodcut and breakfast at Epicurean. Had great food , drinks and service at all 3. Fantastic buffet breakfast !!"
