"The hotel really surprised us! The family room was spacious we only used the sofa bed because it was larger, and our son sleeps with us in the same bed. The sofa bed is very large and comfortable. I didn't know the room would have a full kitchen, but it does - stove, fridge, cabinets, and microwave. There's also a round table with four chairs, and it's quite big. An excellent TV with local channels, YouTube, and Netflix. The location is wonderful - we didn't use the car at all, we walked everywhere. Great restaurants just a few steps away. All in all, this will always be our hotel whenever we go to Belgium. The hotel does not have car parking but has nearby private car parking and costs only 26 euros per day .car parking large and good ."

"It’s situated on a bit of an uphill so keep that in mind if you are carrying a heavy luggage. My body and face had a bit of a rashes using the pillows but it cleared up after a couple hours after I woke up. Pretty spacious for a family room as I booked for myself, my husband and my parents. They have a strict room cleaning timing as we told the lady that we will still need some time and to come back later but she never did. Would book here again if I am not sensitive to the pillows and the stay was memorable."

"Good position for our overnight stop. Close to Brussels Nord, Rougier Metro and about 15 mins easy walk to the Grote Makt. Our room was a generous size with a comfortable bed, Nespresso coffee and good shower. Free filtered still and sparkling water was available from a water station close to the lifts. Breakfast was an extensive hot and cold buffet with lots of choice."

"A fabulous centrally located hotel, one street back from the Grand Place. The hotel has a stylish bustling coffee shop which is sectioned off in the morning for B&B guests. The room was basic but very clean with comfortable beds and a lovely bright modern bathroom. The view was of a corregated roof but I wasnt there for the view and found it quite amusing. Mark was fabulous on reception who I really enjoyed talking to. It was a perfect hotel for a city break and I would stay here again."

"Great location near tourist attraction. About 10 minutes walk to Brussels Central Train Station. There is a Carrefour express just opposite the building (30 seconds walk), so it's really convenient. The room is exactly as advertised, clean and tidy. The kitchen has all the cooking amenities, and there is AC in the room, perfect for summer time! There are homeless people on the benches in front of the building, but the building is always locked. You have to use your room key to get in, so it's safe. There is also paid laundry service in the apartment hotel, and a lounge area. Overall, it's a wonderful stay! Would definitely stay here again if we're visiting Brussels."

"The hotel was nice and clean, with a jungle-like atmosphere and beautiful decoration. It’s in a great location, very convenient and easy to access public transport. The only downside was that when we first entered our room, housekeeping had forgotten to remove items and rubbish from the previous guests, which caused a very bad smell. However, they quickly apologized, changed our room, and offered us free breakfast. Overall, it was perfect and great value for money. Recommended"

"The hotel is in an incredibly convenient location, right next to a shopping street. Facilities are beautifully designed, and they even provide Aesop amenities! Room was spacious and clean, the staff were exceptionally friendly. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at!"
