Friendly and the hotel was clean and nice

Frankly, I want to give this hotel full marks for its clean and nice environment, free coffee and water at the pantry island next to the reception, and friendly, cheerful and helpful receptionists, just my local friend there said the location does not seem very safe at night. Indeed it’s quite quiet at night. So have a weary eye when you walk back to the hotel. If you are considering a hotel near the Midi Station, I will still recommend this hotel. It is just 5 mins away! No need to worry about the noise from the trains, you hear nothing inside the hotel and room!

We arrived at the hotel quite late at night, so we had to ring the doorbell at the entrance. A friendly staff member promptly came to assist us and helped us with the check-in process. Once we got to the room, we were pleasantly surprised — the room was very spacious, and the bathroom was equally large. The hot water was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the room — we had a clear view of Brussels Central Station, which was especially charming at night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The room, the facilities, and the service all exceeded our expectations.

Room is way too great, the route to car park at basement is too narrow, need to be more skill.

place are accessible for any tourist spot area, even nearby to station too. good place to stay. ♥️

The hotel is very close to the train station. The room is a little small but it is quite comfortable and clean. However, I don’t think it should be 4 stars, maybe 3.5 stars. My shower door didn’t close properly. Water leaked out from the shower. The toiletries were more than 3 star hotels with toothbrushes and shaving kit but they looked kind of cheap. They had one bottle labeled as hair and body gel and another shower gel. There was no conditioner. The room was a little cold but the blanket was really warm. The breakfast costs 15 euros and they told me only croissant, chocolate croissant and eggs so I went to the train station to get my breakfast 😆
