"It’s situated on a bit of an uphill so keep that in mind if you are carrying a heavy luggage. My body and face had a bit of a rashes using the pillows but it cleared up after a couple hours after I woke up. Pretty spacious for a family room as I booked for myself, my husband and my parents. They have a strict room cleaning timing as we told the lady that we will still need some time and to come back later but she never did. Would book here again if I am not sensitive to the pillows and the stay was memorable."
"Great location near tourist attraction. About 10 minutes walk to Brussels Central Train Station. There is a Carrefour express just opposite the building (30 seconds walk), so it's really convenient. The room is exactly as advertised, clean and tidy. The kitchen has all the cooking amenities, and there is AC in the room, perfect for summer time! There are homeless people on the benches in front of the building, but the building is always locked. You have to use your room key to get in, so it's safe. There is also paid laundry service in the apartment hotel, and a lounge area. Overall, it's a wonderful stay! Would definitely stay here again if we're visiting Brussels."
"Good position for our overnight stop. Close to Brussels Nord, Rougier Metro and about 15 mins easy walk to the Grote Makt. Our room was a generous size with a comfortable bed, Nespresso coffee and good shower. Free filtered still and sparkling water was available from a water station close to the lifts. Breakfast was an extensive hot and cold buffet with lots of choice."
"I met my first friend here on the first day of solo-traveling. Everyone in this hostel is friendly. The room is clean and quiet. The bathroom is so clean. I enjoy this comfortable stay a lot. The kitchen is well-equipped. My friend and I cooked here every day💗Thank you all so much for making my stay wonderful. Because of this hostel, my traveling in Brussels is unforgettable and beautiful🥰"

Great
GGuest UserI stayed at Warwick with my friend on a short trip to Brussels. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast had a good array of selections and we helped ourselves to some delicious food. I recommend - excellent location from the train station and all the fun things a tourist would enjoy
GGuest UserGreat location. Fantastic breakfast. Comfortable rooms and nice spa. Opening times could be better. Bathroom in the rooms not the most convenient. Professional service.
DD322We spent our wonderful trip at Brussels with this hotel with superb memories. we sleep soundly since hotel room is cozy and enjoying the atmosphere of the city happening each and every night. Hotel is few km away from grand place, the staffs are friendly and greets us with kind words in notes and welcoming cookies. we feel delighted staying comfortably with this hotel. We shall recommend to everyone whoever is coming to Brussels to stay at this Novotel hotel. we love this hotel and we shall be back with no time.
AAndrea SamuelsThis hotel was on point, I loved the size of the room, the size of the bed, & the en suite was clean and everything was modern. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay here again.. I did feel there needs to be clearer instructions on how to turn up the heating and warm the room up..... Other than that it was well worth the money.
GGuest UserHotel bit dated, but clean and spacious, especially the lobby. The room was comfortable with a large bed and the bathroom was very big. I also appreciated the small entrance area with double doors, which was very useful for leaving coats and other items. One thing I noticed a bit weird was finding a Bible in the bedside table in 2026, something that felt more typical of the 90s. Overall a pleasant stay, staff very polite.
GGuest UserAbout 5 mins walk to closest public transport, close to main attractions! Environment was great, especially in lobby, restaurant and room. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserGreat location close to the city center, with good restaurants right around the corner and plenty of shops nearby. Perfect for budget travelers while still offering a great stay.
GGuest UserRight in the middle of attraction places. Closed to central station. They allow you to check in early as well. Yummy breakfast. You will love it.
GGuest UserIdeal location with the city center in 5 minutes walking distance. It's a charming hotel with a unique interior. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and offer basic commodities. For the price and the location it's a nice deal, friendly staff included.
