"We enjoyed our stay up until the day of our checkout. We were running a bit late so I phoned reception to request a later checkout around 12. The receptionist informed me that they were not allowing any late checkouts. So we hurried around and managed to checkout on time. We then loaded our vehicle and sat down to have a coffee. While having a coffee we noticed many people checking out after 11am. Also I have not received my receipt yet. Would you please check into this for me. The picture is of sunset from our room. "We enjoyed our stay here! Room is spacious and toilet is very clean!! There’s a bus station nearby so no worries if you are not driving. Complimentary breakfast , coffee and tea is also available there!"

"We stayed a night for museum visit the next morning. The room is clean. There is a gym and swimming pool on the ground floor, and free breakfast with good selection of food. A good night's sleep for our family and we actually wished to arrive earlier so that we can spend some time to use the facilities. We are energized for the museum visit the following morning!"

"I was impressed by everything: the cleanliness of the facilities, the spaciousness of the room, and the view from the window! I was a little worried about getting there because my flight arrived at 1 AM, but it was conveniently located directly connected to the airport, so I was able to check in right away. It was a refreshing experience to be able to see the airplanes from the large window in my room, and I enjoyed watching them both at night and in the morning. I would definitely like to stay here again when I go to Ottawa!"

"The room was clean and nicer than expected from the images and the service was great! The front desk allowed me to request for a late checkout due to a last minute flight situation but he was super nice and understanding about it. Would stay again if I need an airport accommodation. The breakfast spread was decent and the carbs selection was more than expected!"

"I booked in October for a stay in April and only asked one thing to not be by the elevator, and guess where my room was? Closest to the elevator and on top of that, the shower had hairs in it from the previous guests. Not the greatest experience for a newly built hotel. Glad that I spent most of my time at the show I was there to see and not much in the room."
