"It was fantastic to stay in a newly opened Air B&B suite where we enjoyed a high-level privacy and a very tranquil neighborhood. The owners were very kind and always tried their best to facilitate our stay. If this suite appeared earlier in the list, I'd definitely booked all my stay in this place. The location has an easy access to King Edward Ave by using a staircase at Puget Dr & W 24 street. All-in-one with kitchen, laundry and parking just made it so family friendly and homy. "Came for a wedding,stayed the weekend,got top floor,hotel located right on water,there’s market downstairs from local vendors kinda neat,hotel is clean,sauna is nice,indoor pool,gym is decent size(not sure if you’d wanna work out on vacay but it’s there),rooms r good size,bathroom is spacious and very clean,lots of restaurants around too!it is distance away from metro Vancouver so be ready to spend $30+ for Uber rides each way"

"To be honest I don't really understand where those bad reviews came from. The location is very convenient, 10 mins drive from the airport and free airport shuttle is running every 30mins till 11:30pm (I took the last bus). Hotel is dated but it is very well maintained and clean. Theres also a small grocery store and a very nice little Japanese restaurant nearby - bonus point. Receptionists were helpful and friendly. Happy hour at the restaurant was such a good deal too."

"Perfect downtown location – easy walks to Stanley Park, seawall, and Robson Street. Super family-friendly staff: Everyone smiled at our kid and helped with recommendations. Spacious room, huge windows (toddler loved the view), comfy bed, quiet even in the city center. Warm indoor pool was a big hit. Clean, modern, and zero stress with a little one. Highly recommend for parents wanting luxury without the fuss. We’ll definitely be back!"

GGuest UserWas so excited to take my mom to this Hotel for her Birthday. Was disappointed with all my requests being ignored. I asked for no Alcohol in the room and they did finally help me but it was very confusing and not worth the stress. Be aware the bathrooms are EXTREMELY small, due to the history of the design of the original hotel. Front desk people are great and friendly, just wish I could have had my requests listened to.

Every single breakfast food option known to man was available in abundance until 10:00am on the dot. staff were excellent and very professional. The amenities like the gym and sauna were great. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to anyone.
