Location is good. Is super clean and you can get free coffee in the morning.nearby there is a food stall with very nice burger.

Had a great stay at the Sandman Hotel in downtown Vancouver! I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a room with a king-sized bed, which made the stay extra comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of downtown with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. It was super convenient to walk around and explore the city. The staff were friendly, professional, and quick to help with any questions I had. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The only downside was the $25 per day charge for parking, which I wasn’t expecting. It’s something to keep in mind if you’re bringing a vehicle. That aside, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a centrally located hotel with comfortable rooms and great service, the Sandman is definitely worth considering. I’d happily stay here again!

Super good location at the heart of downtown Vancouver

The room was clean and shampoo and conditioners were provided in the shower room. It takes 10 mins from the bus stop but neighbours are quiet and nice! Good for two people travelling:)

The people and staff were so kind. The location was close to so many spots which was a bonus!

Very convenient location if your sim is to be right in the city center. The two subway train lines are within a couple of minutes walk ,as is the main high street. The Canada line provides a direct route to the train station (tip: buy a day ticket and it will cost less that the ticket to cross zones plus the additional airport surcharge). The Canada line is so convenient that if you did not care about being in the city center then staying somewhere else along the line further out may be cheaper. Hostel was clean and well organized. There is a strict no eating in the room policy, though there are kitchen facilities to be used. Hire a towel. Rooms and front entrance has key card access. Room has no Aircon so can be warm, though there is a small electric fan. The room with two beds has bunk bed, cages under the bed and a stool….that is it. There are no privacy curtains, individual dockets or lights for each bed, only the main room light so make sure you have a touch/light, though as the curtains do not block all street light the room feels as it has a nightlight on and does not ever get really dark. I stayed Saturday and Sunday night. Sunday was quiet , though the hostel is above a bar and do Saturday had music playing for many hours while trying to get to sleep not the place for light sleepers.

While the room is a bit dated, the room is spacious and fitted with all basic and necessary electrical appliances. The location of the hotel is good and convenient (with supermarkets and convenience stores nearby).

It was really good location and they were so nice. Overall it was nice stay, but there’s no AC and elevator so u should bite that.

We really enjoyed our two night stay here, it was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The service was great, everyone was very nice and welcoming, especially Daniel and Greta. The bathrooms were clean and always available whenever we wanted to use them. The only thing was the deposit, they hold a 200 CAD deposit in your account which we thought was quite much, however this did not take away from our great experience. Overall would highly recommend this stay if you want a clean and central accommodation.

Cleanliness at its top, comfy bed and great location. Except for the road work right outside of the hotel, pick up/drop off from Uber can be a little troublesome.
