CCaleb CreasonHotel is quite nice, staff was very friendly and room as clean and equipped nicely. Breakfast was expansive with a good selection for everyone. The location is within walking distance to many things. We took a nice walk to the science park area and visited one of the local temples. There is also a nice speakeasy bar within 10 min walk (kind of hidden past the starbucks up the hill). I would definitely recommend this hotel to business visitors or tourists as well.

小小麻花花I have to say, using Trip.com is incredibly cost-effective! My child had an exam in Hsinchu, so I booked a room through Trip.com in advance. The Trip Coins I'd accumulated helped discount part of the room rate. The hotel was very thoughtful, giving us a quiet room on a high floor. They also arranged a shuttle service to take guests to the exam venue. This alone deserves huge praise; it was so considerate! Since we had to leave by 7:00 AM, they even provided a simple breakfast to go. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hsinchu.

GGuest UserThe rooms offer a variety of themes, especially the character-themed rooms designed for children, which are very appealing. The reception staff explained everything clearly, and the 안내 (information/guidance) was also very helpful. The environment is incredibly clean and tidy. The coin laundry is a convenient addition. There's a large kids' play area on the first basement floor that the children absolutely loved. The breakfast had a wide selection, was colorful, and delicious. The kids kept saying they wanted to stay again!

LLucasoPros: Breakfast is perfect, very good combination of western and *********. Location is perfect if you are visiting Jiao Tong University and Tsinghua University. Only a couple of bus stops. Very authentic local restaurants around. Employees are willing to help. Free soda in the fridge, decent gym. Good balcony view in certain rooms.
Cons: My room was clean but shower head was loose, although I was able to fix it myself, it made the bathroom a chaos. Shampoo and bodywash are not good considering it's a 4-star. Electronic bidet that cleans you but doesn't dry you out... public baths could be a good place to relax, but it only open 4-10pm, which is not friendly to travellers who only stay for the night.

GGuest UserClean room. They got machine to do self check in and check out. Parking space was available in the basement level. Location wise is not too far from central area if you drive, but have to walk very far. Breakfast was nice. They will also give you voucher to redeem cake or drink. Recommended.

GGuest UserThe location is convenient, close to Hsinchu Station, and within walking distance to places like Chenghuang Temple. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. While not brand new, it was functional and reliable. Breakfast was acceptable, and the self-service coffee was a nice touch. 👍

AAnonymous UserConvenient transportation, near TRA, there is a bathtub, breakfast, staff take care of but not very clean When entering the room, I found a used tissue behind the door and a quite large pile of hair on the bed. What is not okay at all is the smell of cigarettes is very bad, the room next door Smoking in the room and the smell floats through our room. I think it should come through the bathroom. There should be a decisive ban of smoking in the room.
