I am holding an overseas phone unable to register wifi and the hotel staff are very helpful to help me log in with their local phone. The breakfast is excellent with great coffee. All the hotel staff are very friendly especially the house keepers, thank you very much. The location is the best, my wife and I will definitely come back to this hotel when we are in Jinan.

We had an excellent stay! We booked a suite (Room 1119) through Trip.com and got a fantastic deal. It turns out the suite booking comes with great benefits that weren't listed on Trip.com, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening drinks. The food was delicious and better than at many other hotels. While the hotel building is a bit older, everything else was perfect. The gym is well-equipped, and the pool is great (just remember to bring your swim cap!). The suite booking also included a complimentary clothing cleaning service (one piece per person), which was a great perk. Everything ok, really friendly staff, clean rooms! We were gifted the breakfast, thank you for the kindness! The laundry room is clean and functional, the breakfast is good, first Atour with a coffee machine that does capuccino’s! Recommend

Great place to stay. The location is close to Jinan railways station and K88 neaby malls. The room and toilet is clean (no bidet). I chose the non-smoking room and the room is clear from any cigarette smoke. However, there are people smoking in the corridor at night and the cigarette smoke enters the room. For someone who’s very sensitive to cigarette smoke, it’s not a convenient place to stay.

The room was very clean, with good hardware. It's only a ten-minute walk from the train station. The front desk staff were all very nice, welcoming with a smile and providing attentive service. It was a great stay!
