Location is bad because it's along a 1 way street. When we arrived with lugagges our taxi driver had to stop at the side of the road and we need to push and cross road with kids ourselves. But it's very close to attractios. It's very dangerous for foreigners who are not familiar with scooters/motorcycles lanes and car lanes. Room is super big with 2 floors. We upgraded to slide room by joining the membership. But the slide and stairs are not child proof, so need to be with young kids all the time. Slide is very steep.

The handsome guy at the front desk had excellent service, was very enthusiastic, and even recommended some good places to eat and fun attractions nearby. The reading area has a very artistic vibe. It's very close to Baotu Spring, just a 5-minute walk, which is super convenient. Daming Lake and Wulongtan are also nearby, and there are many restaurants downstairs, which is really handy. I'm very satisfied and will definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Jinan.

My stay at the Lavande Hotel (Baotu Spring Branch) was great. The location is fantastic; it's just a few minutes' walk to Baotu Spring, and also very close to Daming Lake and Furong Street, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful; check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and they answered all my questions. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and it was great value for money.

First off, let's talk about the blueberries! Each one burst with flavor, like eating candied fruit, just sweet to the core. A few at the bottom of the box were a bit soft, but picking through them made it even better!
The cucumber juice was unexpectedly delicious! So refreshing and clean, with a slight sweet aftertaste. Paired with a snack, it was simply perfect!
But the most heartwarming part was the little cat in the stairwell 🐱! Fluffy and soft, it rubbed against my hand when I petted it – absolutely adorable!
Overall, this trip was a 10/10 experience! You can't go wrong, and I'm definitely bringing my other friends next time!

However, the room's lighting and curtains had some serious flaws. The motion-sensor light wouldn't turn off, and the curtains let in way too much light in the morning, which meant we adults didn't get any sleep. It was too late, and the kids were asleep, so we didn't bother calling the front desk – it would have been too much of a hassle. Because of the great front desk staff, I originally wanted to give 5 stars, but since I didn't get any rest, today's trip was exhausting, I almost had a car accident, and my mood is just terrible.

55109****Jinan in early autumn is beautiful, and this hotel truly enhances the experience. It's in a great location, not far from Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, and Daming Lake—all within walking distance for a leisurely stroll. The surrounding Baihuazhou historical district is also lovely for a walk, especially when lit up at night. The hotel breakfast is plentiful; I particularly enjoyed the warm Jinan Chatang, where you can add various dried fruits yourself. Upon checking out, they even gave us delicate pastries, telling us we could eat them on our journey, which was incredibly thoughtful. I've already recommended it to friends who are planning to visit.

The overall service was alright, but during check-in, I kept running into other guests cutting in to ask questions, which disrupted the service a bit! It would be so simple to just have an information desk or a lobby manager where people could get their questions answered. I’ve seen similar situations in other cities, and it just cheapens the overall experience. Details like this really reflect the overall service standard. They said they upgraded my room to one with a better view, which was a slight improvement over what I originally booked, but without a direct comparison, I can't really tell the true difference. It lacks the grandiosity of other luxury hotels, and the perks are pretty stingy. It's really just a big name.

Hygiene: The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and you can see that it is cleaned frequently.
I soaked in the bathtub after a tiring day, which was very comfortable 😌, and I felt that every pore was taken care of.
Service: I checked in at almost 11 o'clock in the evening. The waiter was very friendly and not impatient at all.
When I entered the room, I saw the prepared snacks. People who like to eat midnight snacks said it was very heartwarming 🥰
Facilities: The do not disturb function in the room is really great. I can sleep until the sun rises the next day. It's really great.
Once the curtains are drawn, no one loves them. The airtightness is great.
When I left, the souvenirs I was given included masks. Tears welled up in my eyes🥹. I didn't expect there would be so many catkins in Jinan when I came here, so I didn't prepare them. I didn't expect the hotel to be so considerate and prepare them. When I arrived near Baotu Spring, there were as many catkins as the wind. Thanks to the hotel for providing them😷🥳
I will come to this hotel again next time I come to Jinan. The bed is very comfortable and everything is great. I don't want to leave😋

MM295577****This hotel is located in Jinan Gaoxin Wanda Plaza. You enter through Y1 gate and take the hotel's dedicated elevators (4 or 5) to the 19th-floor reception for check-in. The hotel is directly across from Shandong Energy Group, making it one of the closest hotels to it. The three reception staff were warm, generous, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and hygienic, and being on a high floor, it was very quiet at night. Breakfast, also on the 19th floor, was very rich and plentiful.
